Hypnosis - any positive / negative effects?

Anyone feel this has made a difference to their growth? Any weird symptoms to report like sleeplessness, mood swings, paranoia etc? I really think hypnosis is dangerous but am getting desperate...

I really don't think hypnosis can be dangerous, unless someone does it to you. But self-hypnosis no way. I've come across NBE hypnosis tapes which somewhere in the middle of the track started persuading you to pay a donation, which I was totally disgusted by. But I don't think this can work, cause hardly anyone manages to actually reach a trance on the first time they listen. Reaching the trance is pretty damn hard to learn actually. Most people never reach it and only listen to the tapes, or fall asleep, but don't reach the optimal mind state. I've been trying to learn trance a while back and I don't think I ever succeeded. Sometimes I fell in some unusual states of mindd, but I don't think it was trance.

I've been in some odd half in/half out states during hypnosis (just using MP3s) but nothing that I would call dangerous. Two times I 'came to' feeling totally off and kind of paranoid, but that feeling went away and the same tracks never did that to me again. Trance states can be weird, but normally they should be relaxing. While adjusting, I can imagine that some people will encounter some odd feelings/fears, etc. It can work pretty deeply with the psyche, places we don't normally consciously go, so that can bring up some unpleasant feelings occassionally.

So, I agree that it doesn't seem to be dangerous at all, unless a person is dealing with an unscrupulous hypnotist. But even when dealing with such a person, you can't be swayed unless you're very vulnerable and easily swayed to begin with. Same as in non-trance states.

Moon, which ones had requests for donations? I want to make sure I avoid them! Smile

I haven't experienced any growth yet with what I've been doing, but I haven't been doing it very long.

Blake talks, ones by some guy named Blake. They're free. That's why I guess. But I have to say those tapes I did find almost 'dangerous'. For some reason I got very negative sensations when I listened to them. Aside from the fact that I thoguht they were very unprofessionally made and that the voice annoyed me, they made my feel kindof stressed and I think my hart rate increased.

In my younger hippy days I was into Astral Projection - by which I mean I hoped to get onto the astral plane outside my physical body (I was a teenager!) In reality I succeeded in feeling very light and floaty and got quite good at making myself go to sleep! I've just heard so many horror stories about people having changed personalities, mental problems and sleep disorders after stage hypnosis - but you're confident you couldn't get yourself to do a chicken impression whenever the doorbell rings?!?

Hi Louise,

That's interesting! I've only heard horror stories about people who were mentally ill to begin with. Stage hypnotism isn't something I'd ever do. I don't believe that a person can be affected longterm if they are sane. I can imagine picking up creepy vibes more easily when 'under' during hypnosis if the hypnotist is a manipulative jerk. But not anything longterm. I really wonder about people who volunteer to be up on stage like that, open to being humiliated, basically.

That's interesting that you tried astral travel! I've read that here can be problems if a person doesn't prepare properly - if not enough energy work is done ahead of time to be ready for it so they can handle things like sleep paralysis when it happens. I like the book, "Astral Dynamics" by Robert Bruce because he goes over that in detail.

As far as I'm aware the sleep paralysis is a safety mechanism to stop you acting out violent dreams on your husband! In some people this is overactive and they wake up from REM sleep paralysed or with a feeling of pressure on them...I only get anything like this if I snooze too much in the afternoon and I just ignore it and go back to sleep...maybe I'm just lazy! As an adult I don't think astral projection in the true sense is actually possible but I can control my dreams quite well.

Re: Hypnosis - any positive / negative effects?

This thread has just reminded me of a TV show I saw years and years ago. It was reporting about people having "flashbacks" after stage hypnosis. There was a woman who, whilst on stage was told by the hypnotist that one of her breasts was missing and that she had to search all over to find it... I'm sure it must've been hilarious. But months later her husband caught her looking frantically in the fridge and when he asked her what she was doing, she replied "I'm looking for my boob"! Apparently it had been happening to her quite a lot and it was really distressing to her, as I can imagine losing a breast would be!

Anyone that tries to sell you something whilst in a supposed state of trance is pretty cheeky! I wouldn't listen to any of those again, check out www.deeptrancenow.com for Dr Laura De Georgio's hypnotherapy page, she has programmes to download, including a bigger breast programme. I'm not saying she's any more capable than any other hypnotherapist out there, I just remember her having a NBE hypnosis programme. A bit pricy though if I remember correctly.

The sleep paralysis is something I used to experience a lot when I was younger, but I didn't understand what it was back then and it used to abslutely terrify me. I used to think my house was haunted, I'd wake up and feel the sensation of my face being pushed into the pillow, like there was some incredibly strong force pushing me down and I couldn't fight against it, I couldn't speak or shout for help either, very scary. Basically, sleep paralysis occurs when your mind wakes up but your body and muscles are still asleep. It sometimes feels like you can't breathe but thats because you aren't consciously doing it yourself, your diaphragm muscle breathes for you when you are sleeping. It can be very scary but I've found the best thing for it is to try to stay calm and concentrate on your index finger, keep thinking about bending your index finger, eventually you'll get a reaction and slowly you'll start to wake up.
I also found that just reading about sleep paralysis can better eqip you to deal with it when it happens, like I said, when I was younger I tought I was sharing my house with poltergeists or something which caused me many sleepless nights, one day I found an article in the paper about sleep paralysis and that it was common to feel pressure, or sensations of being pushed, pulled or touched and it didn't happen again for years, and when it did I found it easier to relax knowing what was happening and not thinking about ghosts or whatever!

Anyway, sorry for long post, apologies for any spelling mistakes, terrible keyboard I'm using!

haha, wow, I hadn't read that about sleep paralysis!

I'm not sure what's possible when it comes to astral projection. It's fascinating, though!

I'm compelled by hynposis for BE because of the studies that proved it worked. But they involved, at least in part, seeing a hypnotist.

A description of the studies from http://briandavidphillips.typepad.com/br...nd_br.html

The first documented work with hypnosis and breast enhancement was done in the early 1920s. There were a number of case study reports in academic journals as well as studies that showed positive results. However, the first major formal study was done in 1971. The following list is mostly from an Medline search on the topic with incidental additions that do not show up in those results. While many of these studies are related to hypnosis and breast enlargement, most have shown that even simple imagery is enough to gain some results. Gerald Kein cites sources that show somnambulism or deep hypnosis is not necessary for this sort of work but that simple imagery is sufficient and that even post-menopausal women have reported positive results.

1. Erickson, Milton H. Breast Development Possibly Influenced by Hypnosis. Two Instances and the Psychotherapeutic Results. American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis, 1960, 2, 157-159. See also The Collected Papers of Milton H. Erickson on Hypnosis, in E.L. Rossi (ed.), Hypnotic Alterations of Sensory, Perceptual and Psychophysical Processes. New York: Irvington Publishers, 1980. The journal articles by Erickson include fine measurements and process descriptions. Both simple suggestion imagery and analysis are found effective.

2. LeCron, Leslie M. Breast Development Through Hypnotic Suggestion. Journal of the American Society of Psychosomatic Dentistry and Medicine, 1969, 16, 58-61.

3. Elman, Dave. Elman reports in his audio recordings of trainings (1960s) he conducted for doctors that he had successfully worked with a number of women for breast enhancement. The method used was hypnoanalysis and results were typically two cup size increase.

4. Peter H.C. Mutke, M.D. (UCLA) performed the first study. He presented his results as a research paper to the Department of Neuropsychiatry, University of California, Los Angeles, February 28, 1971. As of 1994, Dr Mutke was still with UCLA and has been active in the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.

8. Staib, A.R., and Logan, D.R., Hypnotic Stimulation of Breast Growth. The American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis, 1977, 4:201-208. They repeated Dr. Williams' protocol with similar results. They also found women's waist size decreased by 1.4 inches. Their follow-up study showed that 81 % of the breast enlargement was retained several months after the women stopped their visual imagery. (Method = Williams + general health/vitality)

9. Willard, R. D., Breast Enlargement through Visual Imagery and Hypnosis. The American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis, 1977, 4:195-200. Dr Willard used a different technique than Dr. Williams (who used age regression and age progression) and achieved an average 1.44 inch increase in breast size for his 22 volunteers. Every woman had an increase in their breast circumference. (Method: Direct suggestion, rational framework for belief)

Excerpt of the RESULTS section of the Willard study:

At the end of 12 weeks, 28% had reached the goal they had set at the beginning of the program and desired no further enlargement. There were 85% who could tell a significant enlargement in their breasts had been accomplished, and 46% found it necessary to buy a larger brassiere. Forty-two percent had a loss in weight of greater than 4 pounds and still had enlargement of their breasts. The average increase in circumference was 1.37 inches; the average increase in the vertical measurement was 0.67 inches and the average increase in horizontal measurement was 1.01 inches.... [note: the study was continued past 12 weeks to let those who hadn't reach their goals to do so].

In this study, 63% of the subjects had had children and complained of pendulous breasts. These subjects expressed a desire to reclaim the fullness and contour of the breasts which they had before the pregnancies. All of these subjects reported they were very pleased with the increase in fullness and firmness of their breasts at the end of the study.... The only two subjects who subjectively felt there had been no significant increase, did have a measurable increase in size. Both subjects had difficulty obtaining the visualizations. All of the subjects reported an increase in firmness of their breasts. All of the subjects who began the study with one breast smaller than the other found them to be equal in size at the end of the twelve weeks.

10. Wilson, Donald L. MD, Natural Bust Enlargement with Total Mind Power: How to Use the Other 90% of Your Brain to Increase the Size of Your Breasts. 1979 Book. Has the scripts and a great bibliography. Dr Wilson ran a clinic in California with great success. This book (a small hardback) is available thru Hypnosis Institute of Texas.

11. Beran, Roy (a neurologist at Adelaide Children's Hospital, England) presented the results of his study to the February 1979 National Convention of Hypnotherapists in Adelaide. Dr. Beran showed that the breast volume (he measured the breast's cubic displacement of water) more than doubled during the three-month hypnosis program.

12. Friesen, Wendi. Hypnotic Breast Enhancement, 1998. Also does work with adapting hypnotic techniques to penis enlargement in men. Friesen uses general visualization, age regression, stimulation, timeline, and trigger response conditioning.

13. Body Beautiful magazine in the UK reports on the case of a 32 year old woman who uses hypnosis to go from a 32A to a 32C in a period of six months.

14. Phillips, Brian David. Hypnobreasts: Hypnotic Language and Guided Imagery for Breasts and Body Image, 2001. Part of a pilot study on imagery and breast enhancement. The program uses trigger response conditioning supplementing general visualization, age regression, stimulation, and timeline visualization. Participants had best results with weekly hypnosis sessions supplemented by listening to a brief recorded session daily. The trigger-response exercise was very helpful for most participants. Results were very successful with an average increase of two to three cup sizes for most of the women participating in the study.

15. In 2002, the BBC investigated researchers at the University of California who were conducting trials on breast increases. They found the results were very positive. Other studies have shown similar results dating back to the 1960's. Results are often seen of increases of at least one cup size. In one study of over 800 women, 80% saw gains of over one and a half inches in breast size.

16. Kein, Gerry. Hypnotic Enhancement of Breasts, Omni Hypnosis Center, 2003. Average increase of one to two inches and one cup size. The general procedure outlined involved direct suggestion (Direct Drive), age regression to puberty, imagination and future pacing desired results. Kein says that only in a small/limited number of cases you have to do some regression to cause to remove any blockages.

17. William Henningsen outlines the following criteria for breast enhancement programs: Create a compelling future and link it to an every day activity of theirs (for reinforcement, Towards Propulsion). Create an anchor of pleasurable or desired feelings for completing the daily exercises of listening to the recorded induction. Make the act of doing the exercises reinforce the compelling future image. Link their 'away from' criteria to not doing the exercises. (Away From Propulsion)

I have been doing hynosis only (no internals or massge ) since mid July but only do it 4 days on 4 days off round my hubbys work schedule.....and even then often get interupted by the kids.grrrrr......I have only just now begun to see a visible difference (6 maybe 7 weeks) & can measure 1 inch growth (I measure fullest part round nips then ribs below breasts & subtract the amounts from each other to account for all over weight loss etc......as I am losing weight elsewhere & toning up too....hence no internals). I tried subliminals for a while & got tingles but no growth where now with hypnosis I only get the occassional twinges but they are looking great. Hope that helps.

p.s. Lillea, thanks for citing all the studies, I feel better reading info like that although you have to consider which journals they were published in. I think my problem is that I swing between real determination that if anyone on this forum can grow it'll damn well be me and it'll never work. I think I'm up an inch but hard to tell and I measure twice daily. I'm going on meds next week to fix my hormonal problems so thought this might be a good time to try to get those hormones to do what I want them to...let's just hope I don't do the chicken impression! (Was thinking of listening to the mp3 with the Brva domes on and it's great because I've seen myself with DD swelling so have good visualisation)

Laughlovelife,

Do you listen to the progressive induction then go straight into the breast enhancement hypnosis session? Or do you just listen to the breast enhancement one?

Also, do you ever fall asleep while listening to the mp3? Because sometimes I do, but I wake up immediately after the mp3 stops. It's weird.

Hi, yes, I can still open my eyes. I don't worry about things like that Smile. I often will go into trance, or deep relaxation, when listening. Even when I don't, I think it's good to hear the words and focus on one's breasts, perhaps sending some blood flow there.

Hi I used the mp3 last night and wow did I have a good time! First I couldn't stop giggling (sorry) the guy is australian, isn't he, and that accent telling me my my boobs are getting larger and larger just made me crack up. Also at the start with all the voices and the sound swishing from the right headphone to the left, very interesting! :-)
I done it before bed, and yes Louise, I could open my eyes too, but who cares. He is telling me the same stuff I tell myself when I visualise, so it is very useful as he does it pretty well. Also I never know about the subconscious mind doing things for me, I studied Psychology and usually your subconscious mind is subscounscious, that means without awareness, and while I listen to that stuff my conscious mind is still pretty active, at least it was last night. However, I really don't care how it works as long as it works.
The first time listening to it it didn't do much for me, but later, as I couldn't get to sleep and because it had been kind of relaxing I listened to it again and wow my boobs started to feel hot and tingly. They were really itchy a bit later on still and they still feel a bit tingly and weird today, and all without herbs, I am impressed!
So I will definitely keep listening to it and hopefully I will keep growing and growing and my breasts will get larger and larger. :-)
Lillea, thanks so much for sharing!

That's great, Lisa. Smile He's from New Zealand. I enjoy his accent.

At first I thought it was laughably weird with the odd music and woman's voice in the fore and background. But now I like the effects, finding them helpful.

You might find yourself drifting into a different state when you listen, perhaps fading in and out of awareness. Each time may be different.

You're having great effects. I haven't experienced any tingling ever, maybe a bit of warmth. I'm inspired by your success so far, though. I'll do a session tonight. Smile

Don't you think it's weird how he mentions the flow of blood into the left earlobe? This makes the earlobe warm then I spend the next few minutes trying not to laugh at the prospect of us all with swollen left earlobes! Does make boobs warm and tingly but my nipples are tingly all the time anyway - think it's Brava doing something to the bloodflow. Actually if you mentally concentrate on your boobs at any time I find they feel warm and tingly - does anyone else notice this?

Hi guys, my guess is that it is something to do with pressure points, otherwise I really can't explain it either, it is kind of weird. Even with the pressure point, usually they are on both sides of the body so it still doesn't make much sense. Who knows.
My boobs get warm and tingly too when I think about them growing hard enough, but they have been tingly on and off today and I never get that from my own visualisation/self talk, and except Vitex I am not taking anything, and with that I am only on my third day today. That couldn't be working this fast, or could it?
I like the mp3, the accent still makes me crack up but his voice is nice and soothing and helps me get to sleep afterwards, I have been having hassle with that lately so this is good. Actually I like his voice that much that by the time he says that you will come to again or whatever I feel a bit sorry because it is so nice and relaxing. Wow am I weird. :-)

I think what he did was maybe record that whole first part, where you're relaxing, seperately and maybe puts that in front of all of his hypnosis tracks. I think this because about partway through it sounds like the track "skips" kinda. Anyone else notice that?
Sometimes when I hear him I also wonder if he might've been chewing gum or sucking on a cough drop or something because it sounds like he has something in his mouth once in a while. I think WAAAAAY too much maybe that's why I never know if I am hypnotised or not, haha.

Has anyone here blacked out or fallen asleep right before the end? I have a couple times... I hope that means I was hypnotized~!

I think the earlobe thing (I saw you guys mention it a few times above) might be what they call an anchor - a point that reacts whenever you get hypnotised, or a point you can concentrate on to get into hypnosis easier. Apparently it is easier for your mind to react to suggestions if there is a physical part of you that responds when you want it to. My ex-hypotist used my left wrist as my anchor.

The earlobe thing has to do with those old traditional practices and theories on which acupressure and acupuncture are based on. These things have been used for millenia and there deffinitely is something on them, but it's inexplicable. Like there are some sort of energy lines in the body, like between the left earlobe and breast.
I experienced acupressure working like a miricle for me once for menstral cramps. I was having *the worst* crapms of my life one night, I was going crazy and narly suicidal, and then my mom massaged a point on each of my hands between the index finger and the thumb. In the first few minutes it got worse and I was screaming like a loon, but in 20 minutes the cramps were gone. Anyway, this is off topic but to demonstrate that there is sth about these points and energy lines.
I should start the Margi hypnosis soon too.

Helen, I've used Wendi's CDs. Her scripts are the best I've found -- very detailed and a much better approach than most -- but I don't connect with her voice that well. I think liking a person's voice is important if you're going to relax fully. I have tons of hypnosis tracks, and most have been useless to me because the voice or the background music is unsettling. For comforting voices, the best I've found is Victoria Wizell's program, but her tracks aren't as thorough as I'd like.

Emails from Andrew D.
September 11 2007, 11:38 PM

So I had a few questions similar to those being asked here so awhile ago I just out-right emailed him. So for anyone who's interested I'm gonna post what I wrote and his responses. Also, it seems like quite a few of us black-out/fall asleep during his mp3. How strange!

MY EMAIL:

I've been listening to your cds for a week now and I'm still having trouble becoming hypnotized. I have no problem becoming very relaxed, but it just doesn't seem to be working. For example, in the cd you say my eyes should feel like lead and I shouldn't be able to open them, but I can always open them. Do you have any advice for me? Or, is there anything I can do to improve my self-hypnosis? Any help would be great.

HIS RESPONSE:

All Hypnosis is self hypnosis, in the suggestions I say it will be easy to let your eyes feel heavy (this is a natural muscle response to relaxation) and that the eyes are so heavy even if you could be bothered you wouldn't be able to open them. So there are choices given in the suggestions. My question is why if your attempting to relax and let go are you bothered trying to open your eyes? The test there is really to get you to not want to even try to open them, rather than not be able to open them. If you choose to open your eyes your eyes will open because you are always in control in hypnosis. Choose not to be bothered to open them...

Hypnosis is simply relaxation, so if you don't have a problem doing that your in a trance (The binaural music in the track if your using headphones gives you no choice about changing brainwave state). Everyone experiences trance differently and the more comfortable you become the deeper you go. It took me 3-4 weeks before I let myself get to a point where I allowed my eyes to stay closed, so for some people it just takes a little longer don't worry about it.

You can fart, scratch, move, dance like Elvis when you hear music (stage show reference) and even open your eyes in hypnosis, ideally with the therapy you want to get into a mental space where it is just so comfortable doing anything else but listening is too much effort.

MY EMAIL:

Thank you so much Andrew! That helps a lot!

HIS RESPONSE: (just to note.. i never bought anything from him...)

No Worries,
Just checked on the session you brought and so let me re highlight the importance of your imagination. You are aiming in a relaxed state of mind where your brainwave activity is changed to communicate with your sub conscious mind. You communicate with words pictures and feelings. This is one time where it is absolutely fine for you to do exactly what a man tells you. In fact you want to make the feelings and experiences suggested as intense as you can, more intense than is real, more realistic than you most likely know it really is. You are brainwashing yourself and your sub conscious will react to whatever you think about in this state so you want to bull**** yourself if needed to start with to think about what you want to happen as if it already is even if your conscious reality does not support it.

You Sub Conscious and its effects are not usually based on reality (phobias, concept of a god no one has ever seen, emotional response to songs, etc) so you use this lack of discernment to communicate your desires in a relaxed state. The more you do it, the easier it becomes, and sometimes people like you and me it can take a while to get to the point where you think your hypnotized. Trust me it is the most common thing said after a session "I don't think I was hypnotized I heard everyword you said", Once I used to stick needles through skin with no pain and leave it in so I could point to it after someone said this, but that is going to be a little hard with you lol.

Well these emails have helped me, i hope they help you girls too.

Hi,
Someone asked me earlier if I go to sleep during sessions? No, I dont, I also do not feel that I can be bothered trying to open my eyes so occassionally I try to move my eyelids but lack motivation to really try which makes me think I am probably able to get into state very easily.
This may help some of you though.....I find it hard to visualise my eyes being filled with lead......cos that is a little freaky.....so I imagine I am in a day spa & am having layer after layer of wet warm towels slowly draped over my eyes & my limbs so I feel really relaxed, safe & weighted down.....& it is hard for me to imagine being able to open my eyes properly under several layers of wet towelling.......so maybe you just need to work on your visualisations & come up with something that works for you.
Something else I love about the 'hypnosis' route is that instead of trying to figure out which part of your cycle you may be most likely to experience growth in etc...the script says you are growing every day......every single day.......and I am a total believer that our mind is capable of anything so I guess that works really well for me too.
Someone else asked about time of day.....I do the disc just whenver I can my two toddlers busy on something else so I have no routine. Oh & also, I really like listening to this guy so that has to factor into why I am having success.....my bras are getting downright uncomfortable now. I will continue to update but dont forget this like everyhting is a process I am aiming for a 12D by chrismas (I am now 12C) so I will have been using this system for 5 months by then so feel I am being realistic. Oh someone asked if I listen to another track first? No, just the BE one, takes bout 18 minutes....I sometimes skip the counting down section so it takes only bout 13 minutes...easier to fit around the kids & as I say I get into state easily.....probably sleep deprivation tee hee.
Sorry bout long post!

Thanks for sharing Andrew Dobson's suggestions!

To reply to an earlier question, I believe it's fine to listen at a different time each day if necessary. Just do it when you can fit it in. It doesn't have to be before you go to sleep. Daily listening is supposed to be ideal. Most of the BE with hypnosis studies showed that it took 3 months to see noticeable results.

Andrew Dobson's mp3 says you can either listen to my voice or drift into your own thoughts. When he's counting down I can't really convince myself I'm in an elevator but I can feel like I'm falling face first into a deep dark well (Anyone seen The Ring?!)and I can see my vision get blacker and blacker, then when he gets to the bit where you don't have to pay attention I just think about being comfortable at home with hubby and I fall asleep. I do it in bed at night when I'm comfy so not sure if I'm just falling asleep as I fall asleep really fast if I watch TV in bed. What is weird is that I wake up at the end sometimes or when he's counting you back up. Feels like it's working but vaguely sceptical. I'm really hoping to get all my hormones balanced with meds and kick off a second puberty with dianette - I think we'll all have to report measurements at the end of the year.

could someone please send me Andrew Dobson's mp3, as well? many many thanks. the address is little_dunny@yahoo.com

i've purchased wendi's program some two years ago. i got some sensations while listening to it but no actual growth from what i could tell... i picked it up again a little while ago but then had quite a disturbing dream while listening to the cd.. where her voice featured as spoken by somebody else... the particular phrase "you allow[ed] this to happen", after something bad happened in the dream... i haven't listened to it since then

Hi Katie, and everyone,

I'm sorry, I can't send out the link because it's not right to take business away from Andrew Dobson.

I actually just wrote to him to offer to pay for the ones I sent out.

He doesn't charge much for the file, for those of you who are still interested:

http://www.hypnoticmp3.com/breast.htm

I didn't see the comprehensive post earlier on sleep paralysis. It happened to me a long time ago, nothing to do with hypnosis, and I came out of it by wiggling one of my toes. Yes, the mind is awake, the body asleep it seems. It's a very weird state to be in. Thank you to the person who posted that. It was very helpful, summing things up well. Smile

Hi Lillea,

Isn't this the file that Margi was giving everyone for free? I don't mind paying for it if you feel bad about it.

Since I stopped trying to open my eyes at the test whether you can open your eyes bit I always fall asleep about 1/4 of the way into the booby bit - not sure if that's good or bad! Surely I shouldn't be fighting to not relax and stay awake? Admittedly I do always do it in bed at night becuase I'm relaxed and comfy, but did it in bed during the day yesterday and still fell asleep - maybe I'm just lazy?!

Hi Louise,

It's okay, when I wrote to Andrew today he replied that I don't have to pay for what I have sent out, but of course no more of that. Smile I wonder if Margi paid him to be able to give it out to so many people. Probably not.

I have read that ideally we shouldn't fall asleep during hypnosis. I keep falling asleep, so I thin I'll have to do it well before bedtime from now on! Or sit up while doing it.

Hi,

I got the link to the hypnosis stuff a few days ago, but it had expired and I couldn't download it. Then I saw what you wrote above, and I agree with you - if this guy is making a quality product, then I guess it's only right to pay him for it.

So, I'll buy my copy next week, and I'll keep you all posted on my results!

Make sure you keep us informed on how it goes for you!

quick update
September 21 2007, 2:06 AM

Excited.......my right breast has become wider.....the inside curve is now right next to my sternum where there used to be a gap on 1cm or so between....the left one still has that gap.......come on dont leave me uneven tee hee.
I am incredibly excited because in order to get the breast I have been visualising this had to happen before they filled out more & changed the tape measure figures any further. My breasts are already perky & a nice shape but because they were set a reasonable distance apart they looked smaller & didnt give me any cleavage.......I notice a lot of women on this forum complain about that. SO VISUALISE ladies! Remember I am not taking internals just hypnosis.....messing with my hormones with herbs made me put on weight & also made me emotional.......hang on just remembered I did start taking 1 capsule of kelp & flax seed oil in yoghurt a couple weeks ago......didnt link it NBE though....kelp for iodine for thyroid & flax seed for omega 3 cos I dont eat fish ( & had started supplementing my kids diets) but I guess they are both good things for NBE.
Have a great day!

September 21 2007, 4:11 PM

WOW, that are such great news, I am SO happy for you!
My boobs seem wider at the sides, somehow nearer to my arms and a bit bigger too even though it doesn't really show on the measure either. Just using hypnosis too, and taking vitex and a vitamin B complex. Not sure if the vitex could be contributing to growth, but I have only been on it for about two weeks now.
Are you feeling tingles on and off during the day too? I have them pretty much every day like he says, not constantly but for ten minutes or so in between.
I have been listening to it every night except last, but am finding that I am listening less and less to what he is saying as I already know what is coming, I wonder if it still works as well like this, before I used to concentrate a lot more.
Keep us updated, I will do the same. I am especially looking to see if it stays until after my period. I am so thin just now that I am always sorry when aunt flow comes. I only ever have minimal swelling but it still makes such a difference as my boobs are so small, can't wait to have that A-B cup. Aiming a bit higher now with the B. :-)

September 22 2007, 1:03 PM

Hi Lisa,
thanks for response......yes very exciting! Like you I do feel tingles every day though I wouldn't describe mine so much as tingles more as pains.....sometimes just dull gnawing pain.....sometimes quite sharp. When I first started listening it was definitely 'tingles' & 'warmth' as he suggests but now it can be very uncomfortable momentarily. I have been listening since early July but only 4 days on 4 days off & have missed additional sessions when things have been crazy with the kids. I dont think it matters too much how hard you concentrate on what he is saying once you are 'in trance' after the heavy eyes speil cos he actually says it doesnt matter if you listen to him or your own thoughts as he is talking to your subconscious. I tend to visualise myself already at my goal then watch a movie of myself in my head wearing swimmers, playing with the kids, doing stuff with my husband, just normal life but looking like my goal. I read this is a powerful tool. Hope that helps.
Good luck cant wait to hear your progress as time goes on.

Re: Hypnosis - any positive / negative effects?
September 23 2007, 3:35 PM

Hi, thanks for the tips, I have been trying to do something similar, just picturing them getting bigger and bigger, I hope it will work as well as with you.
The sharp pains you are getting are proper boob growing pains, the tingles usually show your skin is stretching, whereas when I get the stabbing pains I generally tend to have an increase in glands, so you are doing really well.
They seem wider somehow and a bit bigger too, but only in circumference, not really outwards. They somehow aren't as compact and round anymore, which got me a bit confused to start with, thinking I may actually be shrinking, but I think it is just that they have to get bigger in circumference before filling out more.
Keep growing and me updated, I will do the same. :-)

Melianny...sorry matey I had to buy mine & not being very technilogically savvy used the link to download onto a disk & left it at that. There were threads a while ago from a Margi? something like that I wasnt following it but she was offering a link & it turned out to be from the same guy I am using I think....but people all have different thoughts on whether it is ethical or not to give out free links etc.....I simply dont know how to regardless of my thoughts.....sorry. giving your personal email addresss as you have done is best bet as someone can help you anonymously if they choose. Good luck must be frustrating to not be able to buy it.

Lisa......woohoo you made my day with the 'proper growing pains' description.....I wasnt too sure what to think really but havent been doing any massage so knew it was just the hypnosis doing it. Like you said I think we have to get wider before we fill out ( depending on our individual visualisations & goals) & I added into my visualisations the demo off the massage machine page on youtube that lonleygirls? put the link up for on her thread....the movie is in another language but it shows a diagram of a suction cup over the entire breast sucking fat cells from other areas of the body.......might not seem entirely scientifically probable but who the hell cares gives one hell of a visual & our brains can do the rest....I am trying to get rid of lovehandles ....my one area of fat I havent ditched since having my kids....so I see those fat cells going straight from there to my breasts .....
Take care.

Hi there u can download a 6 free 25 minute sessions from www.blaketalk.com i been doin for about 6 weeks and definately breasts heavier and i jus love them as they are whilst loking forward to them increasing in size

Be warned though these mp3 have a slight sexual undertone (which doesnt bother me orgasm whilst increasing breast size it could be worse lol)
But mihgt be offensive to some, although he is not crude, jus uses a lot of innuendo!
what i like is that all mp3 amount to about3 hours of hypnosis which you do a session each day for 45-60 days he suggests
i downloaded mine onto my fone so i just listen in bed or bath etc

(ps my sex life has also increased, hope thats not too much information lol)

good luck

More Q&A from Andrew Dobson
October 3 2007, 4:22 PM

I'll just post his answers rather than my wordy questions:

Listening in bed is fine, but really although I say you can drift off into your own thoughts it is better to listen anyways and do the visualizations. Maybe listen to it after dinner so you don't fall asleep, as there is no evidence that you can hear or process when your asleep.

Stress may hinder results as your body is spending two much time fighting and repairing the damage of stress. I have found the more you do hypnosis (as opposed from sleeping through it) the more relaxed you become, as the sub conscious kinda says "hmmm this is nice, screw feeling crap during the day". It would be better to feel ok about your body (there is a session for that, which I think is pretty good).

No problem with the Brava and the hypnosis. Visualize your end result is just as good as them expanding.

Customs sessions take far too long to produce and are not really economical, but if you do have a body image issue the session for that will help for much less than a personalized session Smile

More than once a day is fine.

I got to it in a roundabout way -

Google "blaketalks"
Click on "living-with-small-a-cup-breasts" about the 4th link down
Select "Boobs Hypnosis" on the left hand purple bar
Scroll to the bottom and click "Here is a FREE BOOBS HYPNOSIS DOWNLOAD from blaketalk.com"

This takes you to the download page but there are links at the top if you want more info.

Good luck!

about amnesia louise

i didnt see that bit but i remember everything thats said in the session, i like the way he takes u back to puberty to unlock the emotional blockage which could have stunted breast growth.
The only spooky bit is his Danish friend he refers to i cant work that bit out but hey my t*ts are gettin bigger and im not a psycho and i dont have nightmares just an increased libido so im not complaining!!

Perhaps Eve could start a hypnosis page as this thread is waaaay too long!

Please can everyone post their monthly results 5 days after menstruation and of course your starting size so we can see how well hypnosis works!!!

Update....finally my D cup
October 17 2007, 9:51 PM

Hi girls,
has been a few weeks since I last posted.......my measurements are all over the place at the moment (I measure in all sorts of places)incl nipps to belly button etc & the more they vary the more I figure it is all happening as things first expand then fill etc. I SOOOOOOOOOOOOO wish I had taken 'before' photos though cos you really do forget & we see our breast every day so whilst I now dont recognise a massive change I have gone up a cup size .......now 12D& simply cannot stand the discomfort of my 'C's anymore. At first I thought oh maybe this is a small D but then 2 days later in a different store in a different brand bought a second D & was totally squished in all their Cs so I now find myself in the awkward position of having reached my goal but them not looking the size I thoughts Ds would......I am tall & broad shouldered so I guess that makes a difference too........so I have to now figure out my revised goal & visualisations. Have added goats rue tea just to see if I can plump up some more.......Anyway fantastic & I credit it all to the hypnosis.......now just need to keep plugging away until I reach 12DD!!!!!!
BTW hubby doesnt know what I'm doing but said to me a few days ago.....'wow being off the pill must really be sorting your hormones out cos youre more easygoing & your boobs are bigger.' Then last night.......'what is going on with your boobs? Are they still growing? How can they still be growing when you have 2 kids allready?'
Have a great day.

Hypnosis trial
October 31 2007, 6:00 PM

Hi all.. I rarely post, but often read the posts here. ^.~

I'm currently trying out hypnosis ONLY, to see its effects. Save for a long time ago, when I tried half a tube of St Herb and another tube of PM from another brand which gave me crazy menses, I've only done massage, not even those recipes (yang/yin or whatnots etc). Anyway, the short of it is that I up half a cup on massage, which stayed.

I've been on hypnosis for around 1 week plus, and these few days have been experiencing "heaviness" and some soreness though my menses are still another half a month away.

Could anyone who has had experiences, both success and no success, with hypnosis share their stories? I'm curious, cos so far, I have not been able to find stories on the definite success of hypnosis, and some may not be accurate assessments of the success of hypnosis as they were on big portions of the SP, BO, WY, DQ etc or with foods that appears to have rather direct effects on the hormonal system.

I'm not keen on trying the SP, DQ etc, cos I don't want to directly mess with my hormones, I rather they regulate themselves properly, if at all possible through hypnosis. Which is despite the apparent fact that, there does not seem to be any major complications arising from the regimes in most of the NBE forums, with only scattered stories of someone here and there who report complications like prolactenemia (is this how it is spelt), lupus, addison's etc. Still, it's enough to make me steer clear.

But, someone, and whoever has tried hypnosis, could you share your experience? Thanks in advance.. Smile Please excuse my poor command of the english language as well.

that I easily get into a trance.

When I was younger, I found a book on psychic stuffs and astral travel in the library, and not intending to do the psychic stuffs which i din believe, I used the one for meditation ( i believed it was meditation). One time, 5 mins into the stuff and eyes closed, feeling floaty and disconnected from half my body, I suddenly "felt" that I was "out" and saw my own body (seated upright on the floor in my meditative position) and surroundings, and what's happening outside the window.
I got scared naturally, and opened my (real) eyes immediately. The whole stuff (projection) lasted less than half a minute I think. I got scared cos I always hear stories about how "floating stuffs" try to get into an empty body. Anyway, that scared me. I didn't try that again until a year passed, and I thought I would use it to make me sleep easier, since it's been a long time and maybe I won't have this projection again. Anyway, wrong choice. I never did it again. It was scary. Sounds unbelievable I know... it is unbelievable. It's alright if someone thinks I'm hallucinating.

So, self-hypnosis was not difficult for me, but I'm not worried about astral stuffs on it as it so far has not made me "popped" out, only made me feel floaty and compliant to what the hypnotist says (e.g. when he says I'm feeling more relaxed with each number or my arms feel heavy, I do, and I feel kind of floaty as well). By the way, this hypnosis recording was from an American Training School for hypnotists, which the students can purchase for their own use in their practice and replicate. It's good (in my opinion), pure hypnosis only, with NLP (which I don't understand anyway... heehee). My friend gave it to me, for a little favor. Big Grin

November 25 2007, 2:55 PM

I'm trying hypnosis too. But so far, only on it for 3 weeks. Anyone who's had good success? Please share? Anyone want to do swaps with me as well, just to see which is better? Mine is from choosehypnosis.com. So far, prefer it to remoehypnosis or blaketalks.

Has no one got any real success with hypnosis alone? I've got none so far that's for sure. Says that much for the "success" of hypnosis. Don't waste money on it..

Laughtlovelive did well with hypnosis, don't think she was doing anything else at the time although she has done other stuff previously. She's not really around now.

But it seems, only LaughLoveLive is the only one having success with Andrew Dobson's mp3. No one seems to be reporting any success - either there's no results, or there is but no one is giving feedback. In many of the hypnosis websites, there is relatively few testimonials, considering there must be quite a number of people getting their hands on them, if I take them to be true in the first instance. Adnt eh studies stating it is a success is the same batch that's replicated in all of the sites. Hmm...

Anyway, going to forget about it. Saw a Boobster Xtreme from Xtreme.com instead, so giving it one last shot, if it works, great...if not... think I will accept what I
