Hi there
I have just started using a breast spray from pm uK to comlpement my noogling programme, since I've been using it I've been really nauseous and have had two lots of bleeding during sex ( sorry if thats an overshare)...is this normal, will it settle down or should I stop using it? I am on the bcp so thought that it would be safer to use a topical instead of a tablet, if I need to stop the spray could i use a cream instead, would that be better...please help!

Hi,
How many capsules did you take per day? I had read a lot about PM and they sugguest to take 2 capsules (500mg)/day in the morning and everning. And should take 14 days a month from the first day of menstrualment and slip further 14 days and restart next consicutive month.
