GorgeousBlonde's Program

#1

I finally got around to taking the time to post my program, here it goes:

About me:

Age: 25
Sex: Female
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 125lbs
Race: Caucasian
Children: None
Breast: 34A

My Program:

PHYTOESTROGENIC HERBS
Pueraria Mirifica
500 mg morning and 500 mg evening (1000 mg per day) for 14 days per month only

Goat's Rue
1000 mg, three times per day (3000 mg per day)

Fish Oil
1000mg, three times per day (3000 mg per day)

Cleansing Break
Following this program for 3 month followed by a 1 week cleansing break. Using only milk thistle, S-Adenosyl Methionine (SAM), indole-3-carbinol and 200 mg of diindolylmethane (DIM) once per day.

Later on:
I am planning on adding other supplements like collagen, MSM, HGH, growth factor, EPO, and magnesium. First I will keep track of how my breasts grow simply on these two herbs, without any help, then I will see how the other supplements enhance growth.

Will update on growth in a few months (4 months)

Thank you for posting your program.. That will be interesting to see what happens without anything add just herbs..cool..I like this..because I back off on alot of supps and seen more progress..I feel it was too much for my system..

What about your food..are you keeping it high protein, low carbs and sugar.. or just moderation.. what kind of foods..dont have to go into big detail..for an example my carbs (starchy ones that is) I dont eat much bread but I have torrillas sp?, some pasta, some rice, I do eat english muffins (love them).

Thank you for sharing, GorgeousBlonde,

You're on the cutting edge again with PM and GR. Are you and lled34aa alone there?

How did you decide for fish oil
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=8808&pid=30979&highlight=fish+oil#pid30979
instead of flax or borage?
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=9025&pid=31706&highlight=flax#pid31706

When you have the time, can you explain the cleanse?

purely on a health standpoint, fish oil is a much better source of omega-3 than flax seed oil. it's important to get pure high quality fish oil though. with good quality fish oil, you shouldn't be burping up fish after taste. yuk!

Thank you lled,

Didn't know that. I'll check if it really lowers SHBG that much.

First of all fish oil is much better than flaxseed oil. I have a degree in holistic nutrition, and all throughout my schooling I was told fish oil is superior to flaxseed oil or other plant sources of EFA's.

Here is a statement from University of Maryland Medical Center Website:
"Flaxseed oil comes from the seed of the flax plant. It contains 50 - 60% omega-3 fatty acids in the form of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). That is more than is contained in fish oil, but the body is not very efficient at converting ALA into the omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oils. So ALA from flaxseed may not have the same benefit as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from fish oil."

Another words fish oil is much better! Flaxseed oil may be useless for people whose bodies cannot convert ALA into omega 3.

My Diet:
High in fruits, vegetables, protein from animal sources, and complex carbohydrates such as oatmeal, quinoa, brown rice, as well as seaweed dulse and kelp (added to soup or as a snack) for proper thyroid function and high mineral content. I also recently started taking astaxanthin, once of the most powerful antioxidant and beauty supplement for skin.

BTW, I use New Chapter: Wholemega Fish Oil, which I believe is the best fish oil available.

"Dr. Nicholas Perricone, one of the world's leading antiaging experts, highly recommends astaxanthin for reducing wrinkles and age spots, improving moisture levels, elasticity and smoothness, and for giving your skin a beautiful, healthy glow."

More info on astaxanthin:

You may be breaking out because the fish oil you take is impure. Some fish oils are impure and even contain toxins (heavy metals). Try New Chapter Fish oil. I find that the fish oil by Genuine Health is also excellent, I have used that one is the past but want to try New Chapter. Better yet, eat fish regularly so you don't have to take fish oil capsules.
