I am currently on a PM regimen, and was thinking about adding saw palmetto. I've been reading up on its benefits for NBE, and came across something that said it can have anti-estrogenic qualities. Would taking SP with PM work against the phytoestrogens in PM? Or would it enhance results because it stimulates the production of prolactin? Does anyone have any experience with these two together?

Hi,
Yes. you can take PM and SP together, most genetic males on this journey do exactly that, but I think you are confused on what Saw Palmetto does - it is anti-ANDROGENIC, not anti-estrogenic. So it decreases Testosterone and allows the estrogens to work with less competition for the receptor sites. As far as I'm aware, SP has no effect on Prolactin at all.
hope this helps

According to these folks SP supposedly stimulates prolactin secretion in breastfeeding women:

While these folks have one blurb about SP being both antiandrogenic AND antiestrogenic (without explanation) but don't mention an effect on prolactin:

Oh well, who you gonna believe?

On the basis of that...I'll believe my own chest
SP and PM taken together
works and who cares how or why!

I started last September on FG, SP and WY. Changed to SP & PM on 3rd Nov and at that time there was no change since September.
My measurements were 36.5" above, 36" around the nipples and 34" band.
I've just measured again and I am now 37.5" above, 39" nipples and 35" band.
In cup terms I've gone from loosely filling a padded 34A to nicely filling a standard 36A.

Yes, literally at the same time, in my mouth together. One lot at about 7-30am and the second lot at about 7-30pm.

Thank you very much.. do you have a program listed anywhere, I would like to check it out. Is the only growth you experienced what you mentioned above, when you switched to PM and SP.
