You know aside from your experience I thought they seemed to have a good system going, you know after each purchased id receive an email asking if I received my order and to go into the system and confirm because otherwise its an open sale until its received. Plus I've had to sign and confirm identity both times, so it must have gotten lost in transit, not necessarily been sent elsewhere and someone else has signed for it

I am doing a juice fast today! I juice fresh vegetables and fruits and drink lots of tea and water. I do this to detox and next time I wil try it for three days, but now just one day.

Oh and I think I am starting my period right now. New cycle, new luck, lol.

Oo id love to juice again but my juicer makes such a mess!!! Its a 30 ordeal just to clean up afterwards :s

I found an organic juice blend from the states, 14 different veggies, cayenne pepper etc. Its easier than juicing and i substitite salads or veggies with dinner sometimes qith it too

My period is so bad this time. During last night I had to empty my mooncup three times. Today during the day it was all fine, almost no bleeding but since the evening I have to empty it every 45 minutes or so. A Mooncup can hold 15-30 mls (a regular or normal tampon can hold only between 6-9 mls). It is really a lot of blood I am losing.

Peggy try and get hold of some ladys mantle!!!!! i cant emphasize this enough. Nothing stops the pain and blood loss for the first two days for me and i brought this in desparation! My last first day was horrific. 2 hours of taking ladys mantle extract the pain and heavy flowed eased right off.

peggy, have you noticed the seams on the rollers of your bust roller digging into you? I've been noticing over the past week that it's been hurting a bit when I use it, and I took a good hard look at mine today and realized the seams are what I've been feeling.
