Even if I took any medications like Tamoxifen which blocks estrogen, my levels would not be that low.
In the past I have tested my free T3 levels (thyroid) many times here and it was alwas below the lower range, which was really odd. When I was in Germany last year I went to the lab and my free T3 was in the middle range, complete different!! So go figure, you can not rely on the test results, as they make so many mistakes here.
So are your only options to just go back and retest in a month?
Is there anyone else who can test for you?
Is it common practise universally to have mistakes made like this when hormone testing? That's bloody freaky then. I wonder if this is why doctors are soo reluctant to get them done..

Mistakes happen everywhere, but not very often.

And yes there are no other options left. I need to retest in a month.

I have decided now to make a saliva test next month in Germany. It will be more expensive but then I will know for sure what my hormone levels are. I think I will even stop ALL herbs when my new cycle starts (I should get my period tomorrow since I feel some pains in my ovaries). I really believe that this is the right decision.
So next cycle I will only massage, do hypnosis and use my breast pump.

I love that new plan!
Itl be a good test to see what can be acheived with no herbal interference. Id be doing full measure up now and then again in the months time or pics etc!

Yes good idea. I will make pics and take measurements when my new cycle starts.

Good plan! I think you'll be surprised how well you do without the herbs.

Thanks BB. I did not use herbs at the beginning (the first 5 or 6 weeks) when I started NBE and still grew. And the dosage I took was very low resp. I took the herbs quite inconsistently.
So yes, I think I should still grow without herbs. I will just use milk thistle and eventually dandelion root, for cleansing purposes.

Peggy don´t panic. In my opinion there are two possibilities: 1- That the laboratory has been wrong regarding estradiol´s levels. 2- That you in deed have low estradiol now, is that the case, of course you will keep away from Black C and SP, but that could be used as treatment for many girls with E- Dominance.

Got my period today and it is painful even though I am taking lady's mantle.
I took a painkiller 1.5 hours ago and hope that the pain will leave soon.

Sorry Peggy. It did/has taken a good hour before it kicked in for me then I was pain free and lighter cycle for the rest of my period.
I realise some girls get a lot worse period pain than me though.
