It seems that I gained almost 2 cm since I started my NBE journey (measured 82 cm this morning), however I am in luteal phase now, so I think it is just .5 inch real growth.

You can see a picture (one month into my program) here.

Changed my program since December 21 a bit:

Massage:

-100 circular rubs inwards and 100 rubs outwards with my flax seed oil mix, twice daily
- Japanese massage, twice daily (see post 16)
Takes 12-15 minutes morning + evening

Should receive my breast pump in a few days.

Exercise:

- Dumbbell fly: 3 sets, 13 reps
- Chest press: 3 sets, 13 reps
- Wall push ups: 3 sets, 14 reps
4-5x per week

NEW Supplements (NBE related):

- Fenugreek (FG) tea: 1 tsp of whole seeds boiled for 5 min with 2 cups of water. I drink the water twice a day.

- Progesterone cream (PC): only in luteal phase, but just 1/3rd of the recommended dose. From cycle day 15-28. Started two days ago.

- Spearmint essential oil: 2 drops in a glass of water per day, but only in follicular phase.

Still taking MSM (3g) and vitamins, not related to NBE.

Diet remains same (see post 17).

Hypnosis:

I am only listening to PetitMorte on a daily basis.

- PetitMorte or this (both the same)

Subliminal Sounds:

- NBE from Sapien Med 1-2x per day
- HGH 1x per day

I still pump, but I take it pretty easy. Would love to try PC cream but I'm too scared to try it.
Off boxing day shopping today yay! Theres a gorgeous shop called bras n things and they sell the most gorgeous push up bras with a "little" bit of water at the bottom, gives great cleavage and usually really cheap just after Xmas!

You know it turned into a beautiful day here soo we ended up taking the boat out and going fishing instead!!

Although we had a great day out on the water I was still pining for the mall (not that I could tell him that....)

But I get to go today yippee!!!! I just hope its still not crowded and I get VERY claustrophobic
