Just take as directed, usually one scoop full.
The one I use has really high levels of amino acids. It also has a lot of glutamine precursors which I can only imagine boosts L Glutamine and this helps with GH.
DO GET A FLAVOURED KIND! Cant emphasize that enough! Natural flavour means - it tastes like dirt...
