Homemade garlic bread with vegetable hummus
Broccoli and chicken divan with brown rice
Beef brat with onion, ketchup, and mustard in a bun
2 pieces of 72% cacao dark chocolate
Fasted until 5. I was starting to get quite weak by the time I broke my fast, yikes.
I took a multivitamin and cod liver oil.
First full day of my period, and some of my swelling went down, but not all of it, yay! I miss my full luteal swelling, but I definitely don't mind having a completely flat stomach again.
It's finally getting consistently warm out where I live. I'm so grateful. I know that with warmer weather, I'll be able to grow better and faster!
