The multi looks perfect to me. You get enough choline from eggs and iodine from enriched salt and bread. PABA, I don't know.
I don't know who, but somebody tried WY cream before as an alternative for FG. Maybe you can find her posts.
I've been quiet, yes. I was reading everything on wikipedia about baroque, rococo, and neo-classical villas and palaces. 30 Years ago, I was constantly dreaming that I had renovated a house with a wall in a quiet version of these styles facing a terrace garden.
I searched everything, but there is no picture of that wall on the web. I think I'll sit down and make a drawing. You never know when I might have the money

Whenever I think about buildings a lot, it's usually a sign that I will be starting some major construction work on my body, a couple of months later. I don't know what I'll come up with, but if I think about baroque and classical sculpture, I'm pretty sure I won't be losing weight this spring
