• If I were you I would get my hormones tested, you can probably get them checked if you tell them to check your pcos. Limit drinks to spearmint tea, and water.. it is good for excess T. Noogleberry did wonders for my breast shape-- and this is coming from someone who thought it wouldn't change a thing. It even helped my nipples from looking flat. They are way perkier now! Smokey mountain PC is a good PC.. make sure there are no pythoestogens in it like wild yam. Tubular breast is a result of low P so look into PC cream. cycle it. NB will help shape. fruits, veggies, water. maca may help balance estrogen.

What size noggle berry should i use? and is there a technique to use it/ My only problem is i dont want my areola to get any bigger, i need the area around it to get fuller. How can i stop that from happening?

I was freaked out by that too but actually my breast became proportionate to my areola. It rounded out my breasts without stretching the areolas. But if you're still worried you can tape your nipples down. I talk about it on my thread and Soli has some good taping ideas too. You can find Soli on the noogleberry section.
