I have seen the PipingRock site, but have not used.
Instead I use VitaCost. They have a "vitacost" brand and a newer one "Root". Generally these are a lower cost. They sell many other vendors too.
Shipments over $50 are free. There are some 2 for 1 specials. I get shipments in 2-5 days normal post. Some are in bags, others in their labeled box.
With an account, you can keep your (several) herb list and check reorder. They also provide codes for reducing cost and/or shipping.
Sometimes the reviews are dated, but the herb products I use have been good from what I can see.
