I will highly consider this cream Idea if all else fails! I wonder if Greek yogurt would work?
The sour cream idea sounds amazing (aside from the fact that it sounds disgusting and messy). However, since there would be xenoestrogens in it, wouldn't it be a bad idea for those of us on PM to use it, as those would clog up our estrogen receptors? Right now I'm looking to take hormones to help my breasts finish puberty rather than more growth necessarily, so I wouldn't want to try this method if it were to interfere with that process. :/
I think organic would be safe. I think the artificial growth hormone is the real problem with most unorganic

^ I hope so. Still, I might wait to do this if I want some more growth later down the road (and to wait after some of you ladies have tested it out! ;P) Right now, my priority is getting to Tanner Stage 5!
If this does end up working, this could be the next big thing here.

Update. Some more formulas:
1. honey+walnuts+lemon (2:2:1)
Blend down nuts and lemons to a thick paste, add honey and mix it all. Keep this product in the fridge. You should eat 1 tbsp of this paste 3 times a day for at least half a year to see results. It's a great source of vitamins and minerals. I asked my doctor about this formula. She said, she often prescribes this paste to future mothers and also to breast-feeding women. She suggested add there some cranberries.
2. Many girls grew their breasts just rubbing cream with chamomile extract.

I was wondering what kind of seed oil would be used in the breast milk formula?
flaxseed? or is it any seed oil?
I can get fresh breast milk so may give this a try!

I should say that I have never used this recipes myself (most of them), but I read them on our NBE forums. So, I chose the most effective ones and I'm going to write here form time to time, not all at once, because there's too much information and my English is not good.
So, the first one is the potion, which was used in central Russia many years ago and still stays popular. Ingredients: 3 tbsp of human milk (we use infant milk formula instead); 1 tbsp of honey; 1 tbsp of seed oil and a cup of peppermint tea. I tried to take this potion myself for about 1,5 months and gained about half an inch. It was about a year ago. But it was rather difficult for me, because I can't stand that taste of milk, so, I stopped it...
Another one: Mix equal amounts of maize, millet, rye, barley. Boil it in water (1:10). Drink this decoction one cup 30 min before meal three times a day.
[undefined=undefined]One more recipe: apply sour cream with high percentage of fat (no less then 20 %) on your breast and let your skin absorb it, leave it for an hour or so. Do this mask everyday.[/undefined]
hi. very interesting and I think I will try this. although I was wondering if this sour cream method would work on the butt too? lol mine could use a little plumping...

Hey guys,
It's been a while since the start of this post. Has anyone got some good results yet? Especially from the sour cream? I'm trying this myself now. It's a widely available recipe and easy to apply. The only thing I don't like is the smell and long waiting time. I will be thrilled to see you guys got good results so that I can keep myself doing it daily. Although I'm still a bit puzzled as in whether the fat can really go through the skin and how it works. Thanks.
