As you can tell from my username- I am pretty positive about this breast growth journey!
I have been practicing NBE for about three months now- and have gone up half a cup size- though I am unsure if that is temporary swelling. Okay- I'll give you my measurements first.
Starting- Under= 27, over= 31.5
3 months later- Under 27, over= 32.75
My boobs are conical I think, separated... and maybe underdeveloped.
I get luteal swelling every month, and this past month I kept 75% of it I think that this is due to the use of evening primrose oil!
My programme at the moment includes- breast massage (I use a Japanese massage, one for underdeveloped breasts where I shake the breast tissue, chi and one based on pressure points). I do this each day.
I also take evening primrose oil daily- 4000 mg
I listen to binaural beats- progesterone one in luteal phase, estrogen one in follicular.
I drink fennel tea in luteal phase, peppermint in follicular.
I also started eating milled flaxseeds and soya, in luteal and follicular phases respectively.
I am planning to start exercising with weights to try and get some sort of cleavage. I am also going to buy saw palmetto in the near future as I think this will help.
If anyone could maybe point me in the right direction, mention if I am going wrong and.. help a sista out I would be grateful xxx
