Lucy is one of the moderators of the site (I believe it is hers anyway), so no difference there. If you know what size you want to order, you can just jump straight on the site.
However, if you're not sure for size, email Lucy at lucy@noogleberry.com
and talk it through with her. As mentioned above, they really do have awesome customer service!
When you go through the checkout to pay for your system, if you're a noogleberry forum member, there is a discount code that you can enter in the 'coupons' section before you pay. The minimum is 10% off!

You can make the system up with different cup sizes, just have a flick through.
