Hello everyone! I'm back!!! It's been a while, school and work has definitely kept me busy.
For those of you who have been following me and wondering if I'm currently an DD or E cup now, sadly, I'm not... I've stopped NBE months ago, I haven't had the time to pump or take herbs so some of my swelling went away. Plus I felt as though I haven't been growing and lost a bit of faith... I've lost a bit of weight recently due to stress and depression plus I've been sick for a week on top of that so my goal right now is to put on more weight.
It wasn't until I looked into the mirror this morning and saw my body that I want to continue NBE and be consistent with it and get my dream body! My goal right now is to work out and do: butt, abs, and arms workouts.
Right now, I'm interested in taking maca capsules because I heard it's good for weight gain. If any of you ladies have any advice on what herbs I should take in regards of weight gain that will be great!
Also, if I have time today, I will take a picture of my body to show the areas I want to work on.
