Hi,
another question. I was wondering if I should add the pm-uk brand breast cream, since St. herb is so expensive. Also I just recieved my st. herb are you supposed to start on the first day of your period? I have a 30-day cycle. Are you supposed to add any supplements in the second part of your cycle? like Chiyomilk took B-up drop? Also read another girl was using Progesterone cream. What brand or where would you buy it?
Thanks

Hi Lela12,
The answers are in the last 5 pages of Ginie's programs thread:
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=7251&page=4
except for the UK site. Use the search function of the forum with
http://www.pueraria.co.uk/
between double quotes. You may save yourself an hour of reading if you check "Show results as posts", bottom right on the search page.
Good luck with your program!

Hi Lela, your program is similar to mine. I had good growth and I'm sure you will too.
1. St.Herb cream or serum? I bought regular cream and that wasn't expensive. Serums or nano-cream are really way too expensive.
2. Progesterone cream is needed if you are progesterone deficient or if you've used PM for over 3 months (to sensitize estrogen receptors) or if you're estrogen dominant (though if this case you should be using PM).
3. In luteal phase I use PM cream, not pills. I had few days delay anyway since I switched to Siriporn (with St.Herb I didn't have any delays, don't know what to think of it, maybe Siriporn is stronger, maybe it's just worse).
4. Herbs in B-Up Drop are mainly weaker phytoestrogens and prolactine increasing herbs. You can choose to take them (FG, WY, Fennel, so on) or just use PM cream in luteal phase. Notorious Carlaa used to say that the most effective is to use topical PM, not pills.

Ginie,
Thanks!!! I have read your program page and have tried to base my program on yours and chiyomilk because both of you have had such great growth! I was wondering about the pig placenta. Does it smell funny or does it give you an upset stomach? I have read that lamb placenta does and it kind of put me off. Did you purchase it from the rakaten global market online, only place I have seen it sold.
Thanks again!
Lela

No, it doesn't smell bad, the taste is sour but I don't chew the pills
A colleague of mine brought them from Japan. Unfortunately I don't know where to buy them once I run out of them. Theu're not sold in Europe, neither on ebay
Probably I will have to switch to lamb placenta.

Hi,
Here is a link that has a bunch of links to read about msm:
http://nbelab.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=nbetheory&action=display&thread=82
From what I have read is that it helps with growth.. also helps with skin, joints, etc.. and some other good things.
