New to forum.. could anybody help me with a program?

#1
Shocked

I have used natureday for about a month.. the cream, pills and liquid and have seen little to no results. This is my second time trying nbe and it still doesn't seem to be giving much of a result.

I was looking into possibly doing my own program since others seem to get much better results from that but I was also looking at bustmaxx and bustboom, but am unsure if either work well. the reviews on amazon were really good, I have to say, for the two of them but I'm not sure how much weight to hold in that. Anyway..

My stats are
Age: 18
Gender: female
Height: 5'3"
Weight: 120 lbs
Under bust: 31"
Mid bust: 33"
Upper bust: 32.5"
Waist: 27"
Hips: 34"
Current size: 34a-32b
Goal size: full 34b-32c

Any help you can give on a personal herbal program would be greatly appreciated! I've been really wanting to increase my breast size in order to feel more womanly. Blush

Welcome Kyabor23,

Herbs are for age 21+, but that doesn't mean you can only wait. If you are on bc, make sure you have a combination bcp with an estrogen as well as a progestin. Up protein and dark green leafy vegetables, and decrease carbs, especially the refined ones. Get enough exercise (walking and stairs, no marathons or weights) and a multivitamin with
2-10 mg vitamin B6
> 50 µg vitamin B12
12-35 mg zinc
400 µg folic acid or folates
25 mg iron if you menstruate regularly.

Familiarize yourself with the massage, hypnosis, and pump forums. Your breasts should grow another two or three cup sizes in three years, without any herbs.

Avoid too high doses of phyto-estrogens in your diet, because they will make your growth stall. So no more than one tea bag of licorice tea. The stalling dose for soy is only 200 ml soy milk, or 2 g soy meal, or 6 g tempeh or 19 g tofu. If you have acne, try spearmint tea, but again, no more than one tea bag.

Happy growing Smile

Isabelle,

Thank you so much for the advice! My only question is, if I have previously taken herbs in the past, will that decrease my chances of growth?

Hi Kyabor23,

Chances are they have slowed you down already, but the general consensus on the forum is that a break of one month is more than enough to get you going again.

Okay, does this mean topical herbs as well? Or strictly the ingestion of herbs

Hi Kyabor23,

I would stay away from topical phyto-estrogens and phyto-progestins and progesterone for now, but if you have acne, an anti-androgen may help. Wild yam cream is a good catch all, without containing phyto-estrogens or phyto-progestins.
