Long time hops & FG user

And this is reply #1000 in this thread.

When I suddenly had more spare time last year, I felt the need to share what I had learned using hops and fenugreek. I found this forum and I learned a lot more than what I knew.

Thank you all Blush

Woot! Nice BMI! Keep it under 25 for the sake of your health. And congratulations on your 1000th post! I thank you for all the help you have given me, I'm telling you, I didn't see NBE as something so serious which paralleled with the fact I had no results at first, but now I do Big Grin

I have a question on the side Shy
I see people are taking GR with PM, you state that GR is sort of similar to FG. I want to try GR with PM and follow something similar like GorgeousBlonde, but on the mean time, since I still have FG have not bought GR, do you think I could do this with FG? I know Cat86 has been doing this, but I would want to read what you think Rolleyes

Thank you Rosance and Melissa,

You can use fenugreek for the same purpose as goat's rue with PM, but you can't use as much. GR increases prolactin. So does FG, but it also increases progesterone, although many people on the forum don't believe it does in humans. Anyway, if it does, it might decrease LH, so your body's own production of estrogens goes down.

I use the combination: just enough FG to prevent estrogen dominance, and top it up with as much GR as I need for good swelling.

I agree with Melissa and Rosance; you are quite an asset to this forum!! Congrats on your 1000th post!! Smile

I was thinking about adding either FG or GR to my PM routine, because I love the swelling effects of FG (and of course the waist-slimming properties). If I decide to do this, should I keep it to about 575 mg or take a normal dose that would be efficient for NBE?
Could we perhaps use them both? I <3 swelling!!

Well, adding FG to my PM cycle would be awesome because I am experiencing headaches lately during PM time. It'll be nice to take GR and FG along with PM.
I wanted to let you know of something that has happened to me lately. I was taking SP, FG, and WY for about three months. I have about a month off of SP, and believe it is the reason for what I have been experiencing. I have lost thickness on my legs, waist, and abdomen. Before getting pregnant, I was size 5 in pants (US), after pregnancy I was left as size 7. Now, I am back to 5! I have a feeling it has to do something with stopping SP and continuing FG. It just feels weird that all of a sudden I fit into my old clothes; took about a month to see this drastic change.

Thank you NotSoBusty,

Using both is the solution for swelling. You can always have another cup of GR tea when you want to enjoy a more prominent appearance Big Grin

I use an NBE dose of FG: 2,500 mg, but I have a feeling that's more than enough to balance estrogens: I very rarely experience estrogen dominance symptoms, only when I've been experimenting with a high maca dose and a low FG dose. But low is still about 1,500 mg, so for your weight, about 1,000 mg should be just enough.

GR helps waist slimming, but from my own progress records, I could conclude FG is a little better at that. Only, there were other factors at play at the time, so I don't know for sure.

Thank you Rosance, and congratulations (I just looove big breasted women in skinny jeans Big Grin )

I know women on the forum avoid SP except if they want to gain weight:

and BelaBrasil noticed the thigh problem too:
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=10804&pid=42111#pid42111
but you are the first to add any numbers. I just tossed my own stock of anti-androgen formula, so I can't try it myself now, but an SP user who takes breaks could track pants size or measure thighs.

Six months of SP helps people who break out after starting PM. It would be nice to know what the effect on pants size is Dodgy

Sunday before brunch is the low point in the weekly cycle of my weight. It was still at 79.5 kg, but my breasts didn't feel deflated at all. The outsides have filled out. They've been itching for two weeks. They still do.

Tape day is a week from tomorrow, but I couldn't resist getting a sneak preview. This is too exciting not to share. A BMI of 25.0: that's a healthy weight, for the first time in 8 years. An 82 cm waist, for the first time in 23 years. The difference between bust and underbust is 22 cm. In July, I was hoping to achieve 20 cm in five years. And: 22 cm is 8.7", which rounds to 9". So if a 39 band size would exist, I'd be wearing a 39 DD now. How is that for a sneak preview Smile

Height: 178.5 cm = 5 * 30.48 + 10 * 2.54 = 5' 10"
Weight: 79.5 kg * 2.2046 lbs/kg = 175 lbs
Body Mass Index (BMI): 79.5/1.785/1.785 = 25.0
Breast: 111 cm = 44 "
Under: 89 cm = 35" Difference Breast - Under = 111 - 89 = 22 cm = 8.7 ", US bra size 40D
Waist: 82 cm = 32"
Hip: 100 cm = 39" (actually the widest part around my butt)
Waist to hip ratio (WHR): 82/100 = 0.82

It's important to note that I follow Anastasia's bra size calculator, because there is no standard way to measure cup size:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bra_size
Just look at the table under the header "Cup sizes vary".

This post lists Anastasia's lettering for the cups:

This is a detailed description of how to measure:
