What PM brand are you using? if it's siriporn start with a 100 mg...300mg a day is wayy too much, the maximum is 200 and I had estrogen dominance symptoms so I lowered to 100 mg per day...start with a 100 see how it goes and then maybe 200 mg, no more.
Best of luck and remember always start on a low dosage of anything Smile

3000 mg is a very common choice for FG dosage. You can try slowly ramping up to that amount to see what works for you. In my opinion, you can safely take up to 7000 mg if necessary, although plenty of people have claimed that anything over 5000 mg is unsafe. I'm not sure that they're right, but it seemed worth mentioning. Either way you should always use the smallest effective amounts of any herb.

I don't understand, you're saying 100mg is enought and in other hand many manufacturers sell 500mg cap (anterol,...)
What does it means ?

All it means is that some herbal pills are extracts, including PM. Not to mention that some extracts are more concentrated then others. I think that maybe most people don't realize that not all extracts are liquids.

Actually the claim is that siriporn is farmed PM, and therefore more concentrated...ainterol and the others are wild PM...at least that's what they say...
All I know is 200mg of PM made my cycle last almost 40 days Sad
With a 100 mg PM I ovulate on day 16 and get my period on time

I don't know whether or not Siriporn is an extract, but I do know that St.Herb is an extract, while Ainterol capsules are not. Although, of course, Ainterol does sell extract in liquid form. No matter what the herb, you always have to consider whether it's in a concentrated form to figure out dosage. Of course, it would be a lot easier if we knew what the exact PM extract strengths are (meaning 5:1 or 10:1 etc.). It would be even better if they were standardized for miroestrol content. Right now it's like comparing apples to oranges.
