Just a little background info, my names ana. im actually 18 and i know its a little bit to young to dabble so much in nbe but im trying to do it safely and in minimal dosages. I'm About 5'1 and weigh 6 or so stone.
Im naturally a 30-32C got sized last year and spent too long overfilling b's with some very painful experiences. but on somedays i am full, otherdays i am pretty deflated, this plan is basically just a guideline its really what i have in my flat, i would really like for anybodies suggestions and opinions on when to take what because im pretty undecided and dont know much about which days i should stop and start ect.
i start the day with
2X 500MG ACAI BERRY Supplements
1 x mixed supplement with green tea 125mg, vitamin b6 1.25mg, cayenne 2.5mg, l-carnitine 5mg, kola nut 25mg.
I really should be placing a multivit here and i will alter this once i have chosen a brand (bad experience with bayer's)
for mid afternoon i take,
1x hemp seed oil which has natural vitamin e and GLA,ALA AND LA. 300mg
1x Spirulina 500mg
1x soya isoflavones
for before bed
3x nail hair skin supplements contains per 3, Vit a1500ug,vit d 2.5ug,vit e 10.07mg
vit c 60mg, vit b1 5mg, vit b2 5mg, niacin 25mg,pantothenic acid 15mg,b6 5mg,b12 8ug,folic acid 200ug, biotin 200ug, calcium 834mg, iodine 112ug, iron 3mg, magnesium 100mg, phos 330mg, zinc 7.5mg, choline 75mg, paba 25mg, selenium 12ug, manganese 5mh, inositol 30mg.
2x sea kelp 35mg
1x spirulina.
does anyone think ive done this in the wrong order as i find it odd myself that i take vitamins before bed haha.
any help to my regime would be much appreciated. thanks
