Hello everybody
I've just watched Steve G Jones' video on his website and he says he uses (or gives you) (not sure which) amnesia, so you don't remember what happens.
Also, he does say at the end of his recording about it doesn't matter if you remember or you want to forget, or something along those lines.
I think I might not be in trance/hypnotised, because I do remember what he says (I thought you were suppose to concentrate and imagine what he was saying, like you were watching yourself in a daydream). The only time I don't remember anything is when I fall asleep, which is very often.
Does anybody know if you are suppose to remember your hypnosis recording session, or how you are suppose to feel and see in your mind, etc......
