Hi, ladies, I'm a member on the old forum, but I never sign on. I'm 22 and have done NBE on-and-off for about 2 years. I've gained about a cup size or more without herbs, just massage, foods, and oils. I'm a C cup and hope to make it to a D by the time I'm 25.
