Okay so I'm new to this site and have been looking around for a few weeks now and I am so clueless of where to start. I'm a 32A/B and 20 years of age. (I know some may say that's a bit young to be starting nbe but i am desperate) I got relentlessly teased and bitched about by my so called best friend for lacking in the chest department even though she is more or less the same size. If any of you could help me with a routine you have that seems to be working Id be grateful, I'm not into too many hormonal supplements, they do not work well for my body
