Siriporn Journey

#11

Thank you for the prompt reply sunnydayz. You made me laugh about the period being messed up to begin with! Big Grin Gotta love the forum!

I think it'd be a good idea to cycle with the lotion for those of us who want to keep our cycles regular. That much growth is amazing though so I'm not surprised it affected your cycle although you mentioned yours were irregular to begin with.

Has anybody else's menstrual cycle been effected by using any of these topical PM lotions?

Thanks in advance!

Sunnydayz, when you used the Siriporn Lotion alone, were you doing anything else? Like noogleberry, massage...

I have decided to not take my Greenbush Kit during the days off of PM. It consists of Fenugreek, Wild Yam , and Saw Palmetto. This is what I read on Siriporn:

Quote:This product should not be used with prescription estrogen such as birth control, HRT and some Osteoporosis medications etc. Using Pueraria Mirifica may interfere with these medications,
Pueraria Mirifica may increase the risk of pregnancy for those using birth control medication. Individuals should not use Pueraria Mirifica with other estrogen antagonists such as tamoxifen.
Pueraria Mirifica has a complex phytoestrogen dynamic. It is not recommended using other estrogenic herbs: ex soy, clover, fenugreek hops, saw palmetto etc. with Pueraria Mirifica. They may change or interfere with this inherent dynamic.

I was wondering, would I get a higher success if I add Siriporn's Ro-bust Lotion?

Rosance,

These herbs are used in a PM program when you cycle with PM, not in unison with your PM. Meaning you would take PM for the first 12-15 days of your cycle, stopping when you want to ovulate, then continuing with Fenugreek, Wild Yam, Saw Palmetto, or Fennel for the duration of your cycle.

If you don't want to waste the money you already spent on the herbs, you could experiment with cycling. I have been cycling my PM with the Greenbush herbs, and I have had pretty good results. You can check out my program page if you would like to get a better idea of what a cycling program would be like. There are many, many girls on here who cycle, as well, whose pages could offer even more information!

Ooo Thank YOU Duh, that does make sense Blush I guess I got thrown off as soon as I saw not to take any due to the possible interference. I will definitely check out your program, and most likely end up doing the same thing as you Wink

I am taking Ainterol PM - the instructions say 500 mg. twice a day. Just got Siriporn to try because of the good reviews but they say to take 100 mg twice a day. Why the big difference in mg. (1000 mg vs 200 mg)?

Sorry about the delayed reply. I used it alone while I was waiting for my period to start so I could start the PM pills. Prior to starting the PM pills I had been using BA pills and cream along with fenugreek, WY, SP and fennel for 6 months.

I don't noogleberry, and am hoping that I never have to. I don't have the time for that!!! lol I just massage the ro-bust lotion in twice a day until it's absorbed.

Well my period came today. I usually get it around the last days of the month. It changed a bit could be because of the PM or because I decreased the dosage of FG, WY, and SP. It came about 3 days early, the awesome thing is that I have no headaches (like I usually do on periods while only on SP, FG, and WY) and less discomfort. I got a little bit of discomfort yesterday, but it was minimal. Since I just got my period and it is already 5:40 PM, I am going to skip the morning PM and just take the night PM. I still do not know if I should take PM while on my period...DodgyI did not take it while on my period last cycle and it got here early this month.

This is my first month on the Siriporn pills and I've decided, given my age and peri-menopause, not to cycle.

If I was younger and had regular periods, I would cycle.
