There are: fenugreek and goat's rue. Nigella Sativa (black seed) too, but I haven't tried that yet.

thats awesome thanks Isabelle, the tea i drink has some goats rue in and iv also been healthy dieting but still seen results and its hasnt been 3 weeks yet
