Hi guys, I found this PM on ebay and it's so cheap. I was wondering if anyones tried this at all? Or if anyones already talked to the seller about the product? I messaged the person just a couple of minutes ago so theyll probably respond by tomorrow night or so. But just wondering what you girls have to say about it. If I were I would ask for a breakdown of how much of each ingredient is in each pill. However, it sounds too good to be true. I am guessing that it is wild grown like Ainterol which also is not very effective. I haved never tried this brand in particular, but it seems that it is too cheap to be of good quality.

I just bought a shippment from that ebay dude myself. Took like FOREVER to get to me, but came in 2 weeks. Anyways, I know that is not what you wanted to know so I will tell you what I know. It comes in a pillow packed box, in scores of 500 caps times 2. They are a creamy color and not a huge as he states on his site. They are about the same size as SP. I am on day 5, and so far, I feel tingles, and my Bowels are smooth sailing, to be polite. The sleep I have been having is more rested than before, and I seem "different" To my husband and most anyone who is around me for long periods of time. For the better, I have been told.
I think that they are pretty good pills, and for the price, heck, I am seriously gonna buy some more in a couple months. Package states that the caps contain 500 mg PM...and nothing else is listed,so therefore one can assume that there are nothing else in these caps but PM.

These seem like the same kind of pills as Ainterol, wild grown.
I have asked a few girls and it seems that the good quality PM is white not a beige color. I am interested to see how you are doing after like 3 months of taking these pills.
I am wondering if you have any screwed up periods yet.
Please keep us posted because it seems like this cheap stuff is cheap quality.

I had a partial Hysterectomy about 11 yrs ago so I do NOT get periods,so I can't help you with any information there. Yeah, I am going to try it for awhile...see what happens. Who knows, may be a great find ....may be a dud. I will keep you girls posted on what is up with this stuff. It is fairly new to me...only 5 days,which is not enough to make a sound conclussion yet.

I just order this product the other day. For what it's worth I thought I would try it out and see how it'll work for me.. but two weeks?! wow, ok.. guess I shouldn't be expecting it soon. Is there a difference between the "pure powder" (like the ones that FrostedSugarCookies is asking about) and the extract PM (like the ones in the link I just posted)? Would the powder or the extract be better? I bought these when I was first starting out on NBE, before I heard of Deb's or Bella's PM, estrogen dominance, and all that good stuff. I never noticed the word "extract" until now, but I guess that is what they are, hmmm....
If anyone knows the difference, and if pure powder or extract is better, I'd be grateful for your input! I never even thought of looking at that until now!

I bought 300 of these pills and they came in a plastic baggie. I've been taking them for over a month and have had no growth whatsoever. I did however get my period twice in one month and I get nauseous on the days I take the pills. So I am throwing the stupid things away and ordering the PM pills from Deb. Hopefully those will turn better results for me. Good luck on your growth and please keep me posted on how these capsules work for you!

The pueraria has to be the "white" variety, its the plant itself, as there are 3 different varieties of Pueraria, that being White, Red and Black. Its the White used for women and I think I read that the red variety is better for men. So, when they harvest the white variety, that is the one we want our pills and creams to be made of. So, by the time it is actually processed and dehydrated into powder form, it could actually be a beige colour.
Also with most herbs, they say extracts are usually stronger than dry form, and that extracts are better obsorbed into the digestive tract. If you managed to get a hold of the PM extract, I would say you are very lucky. And I am meaning for internal use, so sorry I can't help you with the dosage, mine is capsule form,,Bella's.

Thank you, Snowflake! That makes a lot of sense. They are still in capsule form, and the bottles are not in English, so their website is all I have to go off of. Now if only I knew if their PM was wild or farm grown, because I heard that make a difference. I'm kinda on the fence about them still, and I couldn't tell if Kat was talking about my PM caps or FrostedSugarCookies PM caps in her last reply. (I hope not the ones I bought!) The ones I posted about are different than the ones that FrostedSugarCookie asked about, just in case I caused any confusion with my reply. =(

Hi Kat, you took the pills for a lil over a month and it caused nauseousness on days that you took them -- what were the dose you were taking and did you take them everyday? It would sucks to be nauseous everyday, as I did order them and want info on side effects. Thanks!

I was taking them for 15 days on and 15 days off. And I was doing 500mg in the morning and 500mg at night. But you should know that I have a weird stomach and get nauseous realllly easy and quite often. The pills just hightened it... a lot! But I'm kind of thinkin now that this is just how my body reacts to PM and it has nothing to do with the brand. I'll find out for sure once I experiment with Debs pills. So I really doubt you'll have any nausea problems like I did (unless you have a crazy stomach like mine).

I was about to bought this item but this seller was very rude . I decided to not to buy from him. I sent some questions to him regarding his product ..wanting to know more before buying and he was not happy.

This is too much Sir. It is up to seller to want to answer customer's questions or not. If you are not happy with me you can don't reply my questions and don't sell to me. Simple as that. You don't have to write these to hurt people. Don't you think those words are worst then customer's questions to you! I have never met any seller who say such things to buyers.

Wow, unbelievable. Customers always ask questions so that they know what the hell they're buying. That's the logical thing to do! And he starts speculating about your motifs and I dunno what, very unprofessional, and to become involved in personal discussions. I think you should just have told him that customer service is a part of any buisiness and if he doesn't know that then he doesn't know much about buisiness.

I have brought twice from this particular seller, and I am planning to make another purchase in the upcoming weeks (my supply is running low). His PM is good, because for the first time in months, I am finally seeing results, even when I have been neglecting my massages (I need to start again!). I have never communicated directly with him though.
I think his last e-mail was a bit rude, but being a seller on eBay, too, I understand his position somewhat. He was impolite because he was worried that you would be a difficult customer. Your first question: “why is your selling of Pueraria Mirifica capsules so cheap S$7.++ for 100cap 500mg??” implied that there must be something wrong with it, because the price was so low. That immediately put him on the defensive. Also, because you kept inquiring for a picture, and said that what you consume must be a real good herbal product, you once again implied that his herbs were of a bad quality, and put him on the defensive position yet again. The rude e-mail was a method to scare you off because the seller himself was worried that you would be difficult to please. EBay is designed to protect the customers more than the sellers. Sellers cannot leave negative feedback anymore, and customers can demand a refund from Paypal for any reason without needing to provide proof. Also, while you were asking many questions to rightfully protect yourself, from my experience, the more questions a customer asks, the more likely he/she is going to demand money back, and I think that is what the guy thought, too, which is why he told you to go somewhere else.
Basically, you were concerned that he might try to scam you with bad herbs, and he was concerned that you would try to scam them to get your money back. You both are trying to protect yourselves and what occurred was this mess.

Hi Moon, I totally agree with u..its too unprofessional. I thought that he can't be a businessman..anyway I choose not to reply him anymore. Was thinking of replying him saying that to him but forget it. Also thought of apologise to him if my phrasing of word sound rude and explain to him that is because my english is not very good but don't think its necessary..As a businessman shouldn't behave like this no matter what type of customers he may face so just let it be. Either he sees it or he lose it..

When I re-read my questions and the reply to him..I thought maybe the words that I phrase sound bad so makes him feel that way but I still think that no matter how difficult a customer can be, as a seller or businessman,they should be pro and know how to handle it, answering back to customer politely and effectively satisfying them. That should be a success way. He can't go far if he use his method. If he is defending, by using his method won't work. Worst, he will offend and chase customers away.

Must confess......this is where I got my PM.It did take 2 weeks to get here.I emailed with question of how long it would take to receive it.They emailed me and said it should be any time,as it is shipped from Thailand.After sending the email,I got it the very next day.This is white in gel caps.I must say this helped to really explode my growth,so it has been good stuff for me.

I recently just bought those 2 different types of pills above. I'm hoping they will work. I heard some great results on those and repeated buyers on those pills and brands. So I wanted to give it a try.
I have been taking different types of breast enhancements pills for the past 2 weeks.
So far, I see that my breasts are getting firmer. It's still a bit hard to tell if it's grown or not. Sometimes it's a lil tricky to see. Sometimes I feel that it's bigger and sometimes I don't. So I guess I have to wait longer to see better results. I do although, feel that my breasts feel sore if I massage/rotate them around. Does that mean anything?? (Like when I move my breasts around, I feel that it has a sore kind of pain)
Other than that, I will try to keep you updated on my results along the way.
How is everyone else doing on their pills??

The way I see it, you will not know if it works for YOU until YOU try it. At vleast if you spend $9, your only out $9 if it doesnt work out for you. But if you spend $190 and it doesnt work out for you then you are out alot more money.
I am considering this brand just to see if PM would work for me. I have never tried PM, so I
would know if it works or not. MelC has had great results, so I will consider it and try to find out as much info about PM as possible.

I ordered 9 days ago, got shipping confirmation within 2 days and received the package today. As others have said, very pale tan capsules. They are size 0, just as he says. The product is double bagged and bears printed labels with a lot of Thai script and some English, such as the dosage and indicates a 2 year expiration date. So, for what its worth, the seller does deliver. I'll report back as to any personal success or failure or side effects. Keeping my fingers crossed on that front. (.)(.) Hopefully! These pills are tan colored too?
I was under the impression that the tan colored ones are wild grown and the white colored ones are lab made. I prefer the lab made ones. If anyone knows if this is true or false please let me know because I already have a bottle of Ainterol's PM sitting in my cupboard. I do not want anymore wild grown PM.
If anyone is taking this PM just by itself I would like to know, because I am really questioning the effectiveness of these pills and because they are so cheap, that doesnt help either. I may as well order Bella's PM because if this cheap PM also does not work for me it could just be the quality and not necessarily that PM doesnt work for me.

tinaz, the capsules do appear to be an off-white/beige-ish color. This is my first time even seeing any PM, so I don't know how else to explain it. The capsules are clear.
The only English on the packaging says:
Indication: Tonic
Dosage: 1 capsule 2 times a day before breakfast and dinner
Each capsule contains: Pueraria mirifica 500 mg
Expire: 30 June 2012
And then on the other side it says in English - "Vegetarian Capsules."
If you have any other questions I'll be happy to (try to) answer them.
Since I have to wait on AF to get here, I am debating whether I should break open a capsule and mix it in with my Palmer's Cocoa Butter to do a massage.

I was under the impression that PM should be white in color. I tried Ainterol's PM (still have a bottle left) and it was beige in color. I was thinking it is wild grown that is why it is a beige color.
Also, it does not say for you to take it only 15 days out of every month?
I agree with Martha, many of the American and UK companies just mark up their prices in order to gain a huge profit. Furthermore, it is not grown in either of those countries so there is more of an expense just to get it there. Since it does grow in Thailand it very well could be cheaper. I am not concerned with the price too much as opposed to the quality. I want to know if it is good quality or not. I already bought PM from Ainterol and it did not do anything for me. No skin and nail growth and most definitely no breast growth. Even though this PM is cheap I dont want to keep collecting different kinds of PM in my cupboards!
I think I will try it, if it doesn't work then I will try Bellas, if that doesn't work then no more pills for me! OR perhaps I will go back to BO, since I did see an increase with it.

tinaz, I'm thinking just like you are, although this is the first expense I've shelled out with regard to NBE. I figured I have wasted $10 on other stuff, so spending $9 to try this PM doesn't bother me. And as you say, the quality is important. If I find this particular PM doesn't work for me, I am going to purchase a package from Bella since she offers the money-back guarantee.
The packaging does not say to only take it for 15 days, but since I've read on here that that's a consistent way to do it so as to not mess with your cycle, that's how I'm going to do it.
I'll be sure to update with any progress, and I'll look forward to others doing the same!

TinaZ-----they are more off-white than stark white.My gelatin caps are beige,while my MSM caps are bright white.I have to hold up the PM caps next to the MSM caps to be able to tell the difference.I stand corrected.But,they are not beige.I am keeping my fingers crossed for you! So I've probably already messed up with my ebay PM. I was going off of the package directions, which say to take 1 capsule two times a day. Well, that's 1,000 mg of PM a day! Yesterday I did notice a headache, so that's probably what it was from. I don't want to stall right away, so I'll back it down to 1 capsule a day, or 500 mg.
I'm also looking into the Blossom-S soap and/or the Robust serum.
I thought I had everything figured out of what I wanted to do when I started, but now that I actually have started, I'm confused all over again!

I wouldn't ramp down,, take as directed,,, headaches are to be expected and is temporary until your body gets used to it. not taking the dosage you are suppose to at this point is more of a mistake than taking the recommendation. Even with the regular herbs one will get headaches from time to time, it shouldn't be that big of a deal unless its a blinding migrain. Its temporary. Good luck!!!

I would ramp down if I were you. Headaches clearly mean you are taking too much. PM is a very strong herb if it can mess with your period. I would say its best to start off slow and slowly ease your body into it. You could always increase your dose at a later date.
NBE is all about trial and error and to find out what works best for YOU. You can cut back and increase as necessary, but I would say most it is most important to listen to your body, as everyone's body is different.
I am going to try this PM too. I bought it a little while ago but never used it. Let me know how this goes, and thanks for sharing your progress so far.

If I were I would ask for a breakdown of how much of each ingredient is in each pill. However, it sounds too good to be true. I am guessing that it is wild grown like Ainterol which also is not very effective. I haved never tried this brand in particular, but it seems that it is too cheap to be of good quality.

I just bought a shippment from that ebay dude myself. Took like FOREVER to get to me, but came in 2 weeks. Anyways, I know that is not what you wanted to know so I will tell you what I know. It comes in a pillow packed box, in scores of 500 caps times 2. They are a creamy color and not a huge as he states on his site. They are about the same size as SP. I am on day 5, and so far, I feel tingles, and my Bowels are smooth sailing, to be polite. The sleep I have been having is more rested than before, and I seem "different" To my husband and most anyone who is around me for long periods of time. For the better, I have been told.
I think that they are pretty good pills, and for the price, heck, I am seriously gonna buy some more in a couple months. Package states that the caps contain 500 mg PM...and nothing else is listed,so therefore one can assume that there are nothing else in these caps but PM.

These seem like the same kind of pills as Ainterol, wild grown.
I have asked a few girls and it seems that the good quality PM is white not a beige color. I am interested to see how you are doing after like 3 months of taking these pills.
I am wondering if you have any screwed up periods yet.

I had a partial Hysterectomy about 11 yrs ago so I do NOT get periods,so I can't help you with any information there. Yeah, I am going to try it for awhile...see what happens. Who knows, may be a great find ....may be a dud. I will keep you girls posted on what is up with this stuff. It is fairly new to me...only 5 days,which is not enough to make a sound conclussion yet.

Is there a difference between the "pure powder" (like the ones that FrostedSugarCookies is asking about) and the extract PM (like the ones in the link I just posted)? Would the powder or the extract be better? I bought these when I was first starting out on NBE, before I heard of Deb's or Bella's PM, estrogen dominance, and all that good stuff. I never noticed the word "extract" until now, but I guess that is what they are, hmmm....
If anyone knows the difference, and if pure powder or extract is better, I'd be grateful for your input! I never even thought of looking at that until now!

I bought 300 of these pills and they came in a plastic baggie. I've been taking them for over a month and have had no growth whatsoever. I did however get my period twice in one month and I get nauseous on the days I take the pills. So I am throwing the stupid things away and ordering the PM pills from Deb. Hopefully those will turn better results for me. Good luck on your growth and please keep me posted on how these capsules work for you!

The pueraria has to be the "white" variety, its the plant itself, as there are 3 different varieties of Pueraria, that being White, Red and Black. Its the White used for women and I think I read that the red variety is better for men. So, when they harvest the white variety, that is the one we want our pills and creams to be made of. So, by the time it is actually processed and dehydrated into powder form, it could actually be a beige colour.
Also with most herbs, they say extracts are usually stronger than dry form, and that extracts are better obsorbed into the digestive tract. If you managed to get a hold of the PM extract, I would say you are very lucky. And I am meaning for internal use, so sorry I can't help you with the dosage, mine is capsule form,,Bella's.

Thank you, Snowflake! That makes a lot of sense. They are still in capsule form, and the bottles are not in English, so their website is all I have to go off of. Now if only I knew if their PM was wild or farm grown, because I heard that make a difference. I'm kinda on the fence about them still, and I couldn't tell if Kat was talking about my PM caps or FrostedSugarCookies PM caps in her last reply. (I hope not the ones I bought!) The ones I posted about are different than the ones that FrostedSugarCookie asked about, just in case I caused any confusion with my reply. =(

Hi Kat, you took the pills for a lil over a month and it caused nauseousness on days that you took them -- what were the dose you were taking and did you take them everyday? It would sucks to be nauseous everyday, as I did order them and want info on side effects. Thanks!

I was taking them for 15 days on and 15 days off. And I was doing 500mg in the morning and 500mg at night. But you should know that I have a weird stomach and get nauseous realllly easy and quite often. The pills just hightened it... a lot! But I'm kind of thinkin now that this is just how my body reacts to PM and it has nothing to do with the brand. I'll find out for sure once I experiment with Debs pills. So I really doubt you'll have any nausea problems like I did (unless you have a crazy stomach like mine).

the reason we sell it cheap - well, we're able to get good stock from good source, and we keep prices competative. I can't answer for other people who sell it more expensive - it is natural for seller to try make better profit.

I do not know about others, for me I need to be conscious of what I consume. I will always ask for pictures if they did not provide. Truly there are lots of scam around the glode . You are way too sensitive. 9$ is not a big deal for us and is not worth of something which is more like an argument and "trying to prove that I'm not a camel". LOL I'm not a camel.
I mean - I am not any sort of cheater or scamist or anything - I think I don't have to spent too much time trying to prove that.)
This is too much Sir. It is up to seller to want to answer customer's questions or not. If you are not happy with me you can don't reply my questions and don't sell to me. Simple as that. You don't have to write these to hurt people. Don't you think those words are worst then customer's questions to you! I have never met any seller who say such things to buyers.

Wow, unbelievable. Customers always ask questions so that they know what the hell they're buying. That's the logical thing to do! And he starts speculating about your motifs and I dunno what, very unprofessional, and to become involved in personal discussions. I think you should just have told him that customer service is a part of any buisiness and if he doesn't know that then he doesn't know much about buisiness.

I have brought twice from this particular seller, and I am planning to make another purchase in the upcoming weeks (my supply is running low). His PM is good, because for the first time in months, I am finally seeing results, even when I have been neglecting my massages (I need to start again!). I have never communicated directly with him though.
I think his last e-mail was a bit rude, but being a seller on eBay, too, I understand his position somewhat. He was impolite because he was worried that you would be a difficult customer. Your first question: “why is your selling of Pueraria Mirifica capsules so cheap S$7.++ for 100cap 500mg??” implied that there must be something wrong with it, because the price was so low. That immediately put him on the defensive. Also, because you kept inquiring for a picture, and said that what you consume must be a real good herbal product, you once again implied that his herbs were of a bad quality, and put him on the defensive position yet again. The rude e-mail was a method to scare you off because the seller himself was worried that you would be difficult to please. EBay is designed to protect the customers more than the sellers. Sellers cannot leave negative feedback anymore, and customers can demand a refund from Paypal for any reason without needing to provide proof. Also, while you were asking many questions to rightfully protect yourself, from my experience, the more questions a customer asks, the more likely he/she is going to demand money back, and I think that is what the guy thought, too, which is why he told you to go somewhere else.
Basically, you were concerned that he might try to scam you with bad herbs, and he was concerned that you would try to scam them to get your money back. You both are trying to protect yourselves and what occurred was this mess.

Hi Moon, I totally agree with u..its too unprofessional. I thought that he can't be a businessman..anyway I choose not to reply him anymore. Was thinking of replying him saying that to him but forget it. Also thought of apologise to him if my phrasing of word sound rude and explain to him that is because my english is not very good but don't think its necessary..As a businessman shouldn't behave like this no matter what type of customers he may face so just let it be. Either he sees it or he lose it..
Roseberry, thanks for the analyse. When I re-read my questions and the reply to him..I thought maybe the words that I phrase sound bad so makes him feel that way but I still think that no matter how difficult a customer can be, as a seller or businessman,they should be pro and know how to handle it, answering back to customer politely and effectively satisfying them. That should be a success way. He can't go far if he use his method. If he is defending, by using his method won't work. Worst, he will offend and chase customers away.

Must confess......this is where I got my PM.It did take 2 weeks to get here.I emailed with question of how long it would take to receive it.They emailed me and said it should be any time,as it is shipped from Thailand.After sending the email,I got it the very next day.This is white in gel caps.I must say this helped to really explode my growth,so it has been good stuff for me.

I recently just bought those 2 different types of pills above. I'm hoping they will work. I heard some great results on those and repeated buyers on those pills and brands. So I wanted to give it a try.
I have been taking different types of breast enhancements pills for the past 2 weeks.
So far, I see that my breasts are getting firmer. It's still a bit hard to tell if it's grown or not. Sometimes it's a lil tricky to see. Sometimes I feel that it's bigger and sometimes I don't. So I guess I have to wait longer to see better results. I do although, feel that my breasts feel sore if I massage/rotate them around. Does that mean anything?? (Like when I move my breasts around, I feel that it has a sore kind of pain)
Other than that, I will try to keep you updated on my results along the way.
How is everyone else doing on their pills??

The way I see it, you will not know if it works for YOU until YOU try it. At vleast if you spend $9, your only out $9 if it doesnt work out for you. But if you spend $190 and it doesnt work out for you then you are out alot more money.
I am considering this brand just to see if PM would work for me. I have never tried PM, so I
would know if it works or not. MelC has had great results, so I will consider it and try to find out as much info about PM as possible.

I ordered 9 days ago, got shipping confirmation within 2 days and received the package today. As others have said, very pale tan capsules. They are size 0, just as he says. The product is double bagged and bears printed labels with a lot of Thai script and some English, such as the dosage and indicates a 2 year expiration date. These pills are tan colored too?
I was under the impression that the tan colored ones are wild grown and the white colored ones are lab made. I prefer the lab made ones. If anyone knows if this is true or false please let me know because I already have a bottle of Ainterol's PM sitting in my cupboard. I do not want anymore wild grown PM.
If anyone is taking this PM just by itself I would like to know, because I am really questioning the effectiveness of these pills and because they are so cheap, that doesnt help either. I may as well order Bella's PM because if this cheap PM also does not work for me it could just be the quality and not necessarily that PM doesnt work for me.

tinaz, the capsules do appear to be an off-white/beige-ish color. This is my first time even seeing any PM, so I don't know how else to explain it. The capsules are clear.
The only English on the packaging says:
Indication: Tonic
Dosage: 1 capsule 2 times a day before breakfast and dinner
Each capsule contains: Pueraria mirifica 500 mg
Expire: 30 June 2012
And then on the other side it says in English - "Vegetarian Capsules."
If you have any other questions I'll be happy to (try to) answer them.
Since I have to wait on AF to get here, I am debating whether I should break open a capsule and mix it in with my Palmer's Cocoa Butter to do a massage.

I was under the impression that PM should be white in color. I tried Ainterol's PM (still have a bottle left) and it was beige in color. I was thinking it is wild grown that is why it is a beige color.
Also, it does not say for you to take it only 15 days out of every month?
I agree with Martha, many of the American and UK companies just mark up their prices in order to gain a huge profit. Furthermore, it is not grown in either of those countries so there is more of an expense just to get it there. Since it does grow in Thailand it very well could be cheaper. I am not concerned with the price too much as opposed to the quality. I want to know if it is good quality or not. I already bought PM from Ainterol and it did not do anything for me. No skin and nail growth and most definitely no breast growth. Even though this PM is cheap I dont want to keep collecting different kinds of PM in my cupboards!
I think I will try it, if it doesn't work then I will try Bellas, if that doesn't work then no more pills for me! OR perhaps I will go back to BO, since I did see an increase with it.

tinaz, I'm thinking just like you are, although this is the first expense I've shelled out with regard to NBE. I figured I have wasted $10 on other stuff, so spending $9 to try this PM doesn't bother me. And as you say, the quality is important. If I find this particular PM doesn't work for me, I am going to purchase a package from Bella since she offers the money-back guarantee.
The packaging does not say to only take it for 15 days, but since I've read on here that that's a consistent way to do it so as to not mess with your cycle, that's how I'm going to do it.
I'll be sure to update with any progress, and I'll look forward to others doing the same!

TinaZ-----they are more off-white than stark white.My gelatin caps are beige,while my MSM caps are bright white.I have to hold up the PM caps next to the MSM caps to be able to tell the difference.I stand corrected.But,they are not beige.I am keeping my fingers crossed for you! So I've probably already messed up with my ebay PM. I was going off of the package directions, which say to take 1 capsule two times a day. Well, that's 1,000 mg of PM a day! Yesterday I did notice a headache, so that's probably what it was from. I don't want to stall right away, so I'll back it down to 1 capsule a day, or 500 mg.
I'm also looking into the Blossom-S soap and/or the Robust serum.
I thought I had everything figured out of what I wanted to do when I started, but now that I actually have started, I'm confused all over again!

I wouldn't ramp down,, take as directed,,, headaches are to be expected and is temporary until your body gets used to it. not taking the dosage you are suppose to at this point is more of a mistake than taking the recommendation. Even with the regular herbs one will get headaches from time to time, it shouldn't be that big of a deal unless its a blinding migrain. Its temporary. Good luck!!!

I would ramp down if I were you. Headaches clearly mean you are taking too much. PM is a very strong herb if it can mess with your period. I would say its best to start off slow and slowly ease your body into it. You could always increase your dose at a later date.
NBE is all about trial and error and to find out what works best for YOU. You can cut back and increase as necessary, but I would say most it is most important to listen to your body, as everyone's body is different.
I am going to try this PM too. I bought it a little while ago but never used it. Let me know how this goes, and thanks for sharing your progress so far.
