Hello!
I need someone's help to put together a program for me. I'm too confused and worried to do something wrong.
I liked PM for it's effect on my skin, but taking it along for 3 months did not give me any growth. Then I've been taking Zoft for 2 months (no results). Now I've purchased PC and I'm hesitant to use it because I do not know anything about hormones.
So between the three of these ingredients is there a way to put together a program?
I know that you can take PM for 14 days and then apply the PC until the period starts again (does that mean not to use PC on period days?), but how can I incorporate Zoft into it?
