The exercise: You can do this breast enlargement technique everywhere – you can even do it at work! All you need is a raised platform, and perhaps a more secluded corner of your office.
1) Assume a proper push-up position, but with your arms on the raised platform. The raised platform can be anything – a pile of books, chair, coffee tables are all great candidates.
2)You can either put your knees on the ground or lift them up completely. If you’re unable to do this exercise with your knees off the ground, put them on the ground until you gain enough strength to do it with knees off the ground.
3)Making sure that your body is completely straightened, lower yourself slowly towards the ground. Make sure your elbows are tucked in as you do so.
3)When you are at the lowest point, push yourself off the ground back to your starting position. Repeat for as many times as possible, for 3 sets.
