Quick question. With the rotations in the massage, do you circle the breast with your hand or cup your hand over the breast and then move the whole shebang around? I obviously don't mean any kind of twisting here. Just making sure I have it right.

You're suppsed to move the breast tissue, not only the skin. I also do a lot of squeezing, kneeding, twisting and pressure massage.

I tried massage for about 45 days and finally stopped because my breasts are always sore. I just couldn't take it anymore. If I could get rid of the soreness I would try it again.
