hi i am 18 years old and im a 34a. i am a young parent and pregnancy didnt make them any bigger. i have tried massage, fenugreek and other herbs and nothing has worked. can anyone help me please, id love to be atleast a B
it gets me so down, i am quite thin but my breasts dont match my shape

During pregnancy, progesterone increases tenfold. If that didn't grow your breasts, neither will fenugreek. I have a feeling the problem is in the estrogens, but it could be your diet or vitamins and minerals as well. Look in the "Personal Programs" forum. The first post of a program thread is a more or less standard list of relevant information. Experienced forum members need that information to think about the right program for you.
Because of your age, you haven't finished developing naturally. The pregnancy must have been quite a shock to your body's development, but you can get it going again. Eating right, a good multi-vitamin, exercise (just taking your baby for a walk, no top sports), massage, and maybe hypnosis should get you started again.

You've already been given excellent advice but I wanted to add something.
You said you are quite thin - as much as I dislike BMI charts I do find that they are a good guide. If you have a small frame (I do) then being at the lower end of the BMI scale is fine, but check the charts to make sure you are at least 18/19 and if you are lower eat healthy foods which contain plenty of essential fatty acids (EFAs) to encourage the tissue to be laid down in the right places (!) - avocados, walnuts, almonds, etc. As breasts contain fatty tissues as well as glands.
