Acne from PM?

#1
Sad

Hello girls,

I've been taking PM from another brand now for about 2 weeks, before that I took another brand, which also cost more, but my skin was really clear and my mood good, though it didn't contribute much for the breast growth. Anyways since this new PM I got acne and it seems as if my skin was getting worse day by day Sad... I'm also taking 800mg now per day, before 400mg. The brand is called psoriasisEX

Has anyone experienced the same? Is this PM fake? Huh

Thanks!

Look girls what I've found:

I’d say yes. The daily dose for Pueraria mirifica is 2 mg / kg; unless you’re 550lbs (250 Kgs), you’re either taking too much or you’re not taking true PM.

I looked at their website and there’s no indication that this is real PM. In Japan, more than 85% of PM products are falsely labeled.

I can’t tell you with any level of certainty that what you’re taking is not PM, but losing your period is a reported symptom of taking Pueraria candolii or any one of the 100+ Pueraria roots, that are NOT the true mirifica sub-species.

I recommend that you take Solgar PM Phytogen Plus, which contains true Pueraria mirifica, if you want to be side-effect free.

So 2mg/kg... So say if someone is 50kg, she should take only 100mg per day... so you can take too much pm?

Well that information is debatable . There has been to little research done on it and there is no established recommended dose. Just because one study recommends an amount to achieve the result of that study doesn't mean it is the final word in dosages. I am correct, that dosage was taken from a study where PM's use was studied to the benefit on revitalizing your skin and beauty. But not for breast growth. The typical dosages of 800mg to 1g are from the thailand study. Which showed that 11% of women who took low dosage of PM saw an increase in breast size. Where as the group that took 800mg, 83% of women saw an increase in breast size.

However I do agree that there are fake PM products out there and there is a lot of variation in their processing. Even the ones that use the correct plant will still have it in different forms ie, root, whole plant and a standardized extract. At what place did you see that 85% of PM products are falsely labelled(curious)?

Now I may have to disagree with your product choice. I am not sure about how effective their standardized extract is. But it seems like the product is at the lower end of dosages. Which is more effective for skin, hair and as the intended use for menopausal symptoms.

Well I can tell you one thing I took 200 mg of siriporn the first two months and had a few side effects and the third month I took only a 100 mg the bad side effects went away and I kept growing...I weigh 56 kg and I think 100 mg is just enough for me ...Siriporn is the only brand that recommends 100 to 200 mg daily

Siripon uses a standardized extract. Which is why they recommend their dosage. The problem with the standardized extracts is, there are a great variety to the purity of their extract between products.

Ainterol is the ground root. Which is why the dosage is higher.

If the product is intended for breast growth. Just take the recommended dosage.

My point was that the other product mentioned seemed to be for menopausal symptoms (those products use a lower dosage, not enough for growth).

Ohh that wasn't my thoughts on that 85 per cent are falsely labelled, that's with the text I copied in there... I didn't know that it is, is it?

Really you have success with Siriporn, how long did it take until you noticed growth? I was thinking of getting it too, but for now I'm stuck with this other one Dodgy

That's the thing, on the bottle isn't stated anything how much to take per day. The capsule contains 400mg but they're way smaller than the first ones I took, that are 400mg, too... so it seems to me kind of a joke Rolleyes

And now that you mention it, it's interesting... so you think if the pills are rather for menopause, their dosage is lower?! On my bottle is stated it's for both, menopause and breast growth :/ how is it possible.
It's very confusing. There are so many products out there and every supplier promises, their PM is the real one. I wish I could grow my own pueraria mirifica so I know for sure, I'm taking 'the' herb.

It helps menopausal symptoms by filling the receptor with the weaker phytoestrogens.

So who said 85% are falsely labelled? Was it from a non-biased group or a company bullshitting to try and get you to buy their product? I also know that they started cultivating it in china. But it is weaker due to the incorrect climate conditions.

It is all about the dosages. The same ingredient can do many things. For example Propecia at 1g gram is used to treat excessive dht on the scalp (losing hair) but 5g grams is used to treat prostate cancer.

It is all about getting the right dosage for the intended purpose.
