Beginning my NBE Journal

STATS:
I am mid 30's
5'7"
129 lb slim/atheletic body type, with a few rolls lol. Tend to put on weight pretty evenly when I gain. If I get down to 120 I usually loose most of my boobs and look pretty thin, but toned and decent
2 kids, both breastfed
Cup size - 34/36B, sometimes C?
MEDS: low dose birth control - lutera (allese) - 0.02 mg ethinyl estradiol and 0.1 mg levonorgestrel -taking continous


So, I have been at this for about 6 weeks now, experimenting with some different stuff. Was talking motherlove more milk plus and 2 + goats rue 4 times a day, + some other stuff, and wasnt noticing much of anything. A little tenderness when I first started, and maybe 1 or 2 days where I felt what might have been a growing pain just for a few seconds in my left breast Sad Think I was overdoing it.

I just switched to plain fenugreek capsules and goats rue twice a day. I also started eating more soy (drinking some soy milk, eating soy yogurt, luna bars etc. Hope its not too much soy, but I love soy! I added the L-arginine /ornithine, miltivitamin and vit. c in the last few days and now I have had (just a few) growing/stabbing type of pains. Some in the right breast for a minute yesterday and woke up to some this morning again.

I have also just started working out a little. Nothing too hard, mostly just trying to build some muscle and reshape my body. Would like a rounder butt, tighter stomach, and more muscle on my arms. Also doing chest excersises, and I can already tell a little difference there as far as muscle goes, (kind of looks like a cleavage and my breasts sit more towards the sides so I could use this!) I really think at my age I need more HGH but dont know if I am exercising hard enough to get it, so I ordered some HGH release from z labs. Also ordered some Carlson's MSM (Wahaika had mentioned both of these somewhere)

No health problems, except blood sugar. Seems like I need to eat often or it gets low. Think I eat @ 2500 calories a day? not sure I loose weight very easily on 1800 calories + light excersise, but I love to eat, so I'm not that thin haha! Try not to eat too much junk food. I dont drink pop or coffee and once in a while will have a wine cooler. Trying to eat more protein...some good fats and some bad...more fruits and veggies, slightly less white sugar, breads and stuff, but not too little... I dont do well with low carb at ALL.

I am hoping to trim just a tiny but of fat of my stomach, butt and thighs, and keep what I have on my chest. Dont know if this is possible at all, but I think the prolactin (goats rue) helps encourage fat storage on the bust so maybe this will work! If my boobs start to dissapear though, I guess I will just have to keep my thighs too *sigh


Currently taking:

1. Fenugreek capsules 620mg 6 capsules /divided

2. motherlove goats rue liquid extract 2 times a day (330mg) + massage extract with flax oil.

3. 1/day ginseng300mg/royaljelly100mg/licorice root100mg combo (NOW brand)

4. 2/day Flaxseed oil - 1000 mg

5. Collagen + vitamin c (4,000-8,000 mg day, not sure how much needed)

6. Solaray Saw Palmetto berry extract 160 mg capsules. (85% fatty acids and sterols) 2 X day

7. Twinlabs womens multivitamin (womens ultra daily)

8. L- arginine and L ornithine (switching to z labs HGH release when it arrives)

9. Ginko Biloba - 1-2 times a day

10. Adding MSM when it arrives.

11. Eating soy products.

I am really thinking I could benefit from a stronger phytoestrogen and wanting to try a PM routine. (siriporn + ro-bust cream). When my saliva test comes back I will decide..should just be a few days Smile I have no symptoms of high estrogen and think I could use a little more.

I could definately use ANY advice I could get!!

So here's the new plan I am working on for my new PM program. Still need to do some research and figure everything out. Wondering when to start ramping up PM and how quickly. Kind of like the idea of doing the goats rue only part of the time. I dont know if I have the correct logic, as I am totally new to this, but my thinking is that prolactin either helps progestrin, or (slightly?) opposes estrogen, it would be good to start this toward the end of the PM cycle? I could be totally wrong. I do like the idea that prolactin encourages more fat storage in the breast so this is what I am aiming for.

So I decided to keep doing my birth control semi-continous (6 weeks of regular pills, followed by 1 week placebo when I have my period. I tried doing BCP 9 weeks in a row last time, and seems my period wanted to come after 5 weeks anyways....So I had to come up with a new chart. Hopefully I got all the number's right, I keep finding errors. Will adjust it as needed and as I learn more information.

Started PM (1 pill) today (1 day early) tomorrow I start my new bc pill pack and it will be day #8 on the chart.

Hoping my HGH release gets here soon!

***Edited to update chart, changed goats rue to lower prolactin before taking menstrual break, dont want to lactate! Need to read more on the role of prolactins, but mostly I just want them for the breast-fat storage properties. Wondering how much the fat storage is actually affected by it and how high the levels of prolactin need to be to do so, also if there are negative sides to it. Love the goats rue to keep my blood sugar stable. Taking it about 1/2 hour before meals, or sugary snacks.

Due to recently losing a few lbs I'm just barely filling out a 34B bra now. Down to 126.5 and 17.4% body fat.

Eating healthy and cutting down on sugars and food before bed has really trimmed me up, quickly!!!!! which is good in some ways but bad for the boobage! Love how the rest of my body looks right now though! Hoping to gain some back on my boobs now.

Looks like my HGH release is not coming (they cancelled my payment and phone is disconnected) so guess I will probably just resort to natural methods for increasing it.

So here's how my new PM Plan is going so far

Today is day 11 of taking siriporn PM. (day 15 of my cycle) I also take goats rue extract 2-3 times a day for blood sugar, and also goats rue + flax oil massages (ramp up). Just added Fenugreek to it also

Day 1-4 I pill siriporn - no sensations

Day 5 1 pill + robust 1x -VERY few mild sensations on day

Day 6 1 pill (no robust) no sensations

Day 7-8 1 pill + robust 1x some definite sensations

Day 9 only a few pains,

Day 10 1 pill + robust 2x No noticeable pains today, except maybe very slight ones after the goats rue massage (+ added fenugreek to it now)

Day11 1 pill + robust 2x Very few pains (just noticed one while sweeping) Then noticed aches and "active" feeling in breast after GR/FG massage while using heat pad in afternoon

Will probably ramp up to 2 siriporn pills in a few days

Still trying to work on my program and decide whether I am going to do PM all month long, or do a cycle like chiyomilks with PM, then herbs. I am afraid a cycle could interfere with my BC but I think it may give better results. Maybe I will just play it by ear and see how the growing pains go.

This is the chart I have made for doing the PM the whole month. Will probably just go day by day to see when to ramp up, but this is a rough outline. I am working on a second chart for cycling with herbs that I will post shortly and I think it will be the one I will follow.

Next chart. I think this is the one I am going to follow. Not feeling quite as many growing symptoms for PM so going to ramp to 2 pills and then move on to the herbs. Im also considering alternating PM (all month) Greenbush varient the next month, back to PM. Wonder if this would keep me from hitting a plateu, and also I can compare how I feel each month and see what gives me better symptoms ....though it seems people grow more their second month anyhow. So many decisions to make!!!!

Well, my herbs arent here yet so looks like Im going to be doing a full month of PM. Maybe this will be better since it will keep my hormones at less of a fluxiation. Now taking 2X (for 3 days now) siriporn pills and still having some occasional mild growing pains.

I've been rethinking how to ramp up and down judging by the symptoms I felt this month. It looks like a lot of girls start to get estrogen dominance from PM, especially when not cycling because of BC....so I'll be taking PM a total of 17 days. 11 total [/b]days 1 pill, and 6 days of 2 pills + robust cream and see how I do. I'm also ramping back down for a few days before my period, a little scared of having a terrible period from hormone withdrawl.

Here's what I have come up with so far.

Ramp up schedule[b]

Day 1-5 withdrawl bleeding - nothing but vitamins and msm
Day 6-7 Robust 1X
Day 8-9 add BC pills
Day 10-14 add siriporn 1X
Day 15-17 up robust 2x day
Day 18-23 up siriporn 2x pills
Day 24-26 down siriporn 1X
Day 27-28 cream only

Here is the 1 month PM plan again with a few adjustments. Seems these pictures only want to show up part of the time and the rest of the time look like red x's hmmm.

Going for a SLOW ramp up. I followed it loosely this month, and am on day 27 so we shall see how the period is this month.

My MSM finally arrived so I got to start that.

I am really liking the Ro-bust cream, but I would also like to try Bioveo, and possible ainterol x-treme spray to compare them. Most likely I will order the biovea first. My ro-bust is half gone after 1 month. I felt pretty satisfied the the amount of growing pains I had this month.

Looks like you have put a lot of thought into this Angel! Good luck! I see you have had lots of pains with Ro-Bust did it translate into any growth at all or was it just tingles? I use Biovea cream but feel no sensations at all. I may try a different cream after the bottles I have finish.

No growth yet, or I dont think anyways. I tried measuring a few times, But I just cant seem to get an accurate reading. Its like 1/2 " different every time I try. I did take some pictures and other measurements like from underneath to nipple, and side to side. Right now I am at @30" underbust, and somewhere between 33-1/2 and 34" bust I think.

Since I was losing a little fat at the beginning of the month it felt like my boobs (and everything else) got smaller, but I really uped the milk intake and gained some back and now they seem back to normal. I can't really tell if it redistributed any different or not.

I am kind of avoiding looking at them...I want to be surprised lol. Seems like I grew pretty slow when I was a teenager, so I imagine it will be slow again.

Dang I just ordered the Biovea today, but if I dont feel the pains, I will go back to Ro-bust. Its hard to say if the pains were coming from the cream or the pill (or both) but as you can see from my post before, it did seem related to the cream....or maybe it was just the pill finally starting to kick in too idk, its confusing!
