Cleansing is it essential?

Before I start taking PM would it be a good idea to do a course of milk thistle cleansing? I haven't really grown a huge amount just feel firmer, so I am hoping I won't deflate.

Any ideas as to what I should do?

Don't do a milk thistle cleanse, instead do a water cleanse.
