Bought my magnets what 2 do next any one, moon louise

Iv purchased my little magnets according to listing they are marked with an A where the axis of the poles are.
So do i literally just let them magnetize to each other through my bra? can you wear all day or would this be bad
Posts i read earlier when 1st joined forum were about magnets attached to the ear is any one practicing this particular method as well?
is anyone purely doing magnets and massage ?
I will be adding suction when i can afford, think nooglberry will have to do

There are two methods people have used - wearing them continously (at night for example) and according the the NBA book. Kieyah got results with the first without massage, I'm doing my version of the NBA book method (4 treatments, consisting of 5 min massage, 3 min wearing magnets and again 5 min massage). I also take herbs.
