Thank you ladies, I can't stop smiling at the moment.

I've had to stop saw palmetto & Fenugreek as one of them has given me a bad side effect with m digestive system, so just doing:

Red Clover 1ml with water 4 times a day,
and Progesterone cream every other day.

Boobs are really aching, hope it's a good sign Smile

Hello,

So it's been a month since my last update.

Shortly after posting how things were going, I got a bad side affect from either FG or SP, so laid off both of them from about the 16th Oct until 6th Nov.

So from 16th Oct to 2nd Nov I was just taking:

1ml of Red Clover in water, 3-5 times a day
3000mg collagen
15mg Iron
Multi B vit
500mg Vit C

External: Cocoa butter massaged on, then a couple of drops of Red Clover rubbed into that.
Progesterone Cream every other day


Measurements:

13-10-2012:
Bust - 31"
Under - 27"
Over - 30.5"

30-10-2012:
Bust - 31.25"
Under - 27.5"
Over - 30.5"

09-11-2012:
Bust - 31.25"
Under - 27.5"
Over - 30.5"

So, although I have potentially gained a quarter of an inch on the bust, my underbust has gone up by half an inch, and I have been gym dodging (not lazy, honest, just busy with work, I have my own business, so I always put that first).

I am getting my gym routine back into touch now, so I will see in a few weeks whether the quarter inch was a gain, or just back fat, lol.

So I have looked back over my results, and been wracking my brains to decifer "What gave me a gain???"

I guess by chopping and changing a lot, I haven't made it easy for myself.

I started with 29.5" and am now 31" or 31.25" if that stays. But I was 31" on the 1st of July, so not really a lot has happened since then, although I do have pains, aches and they feel a better shape, so I do think that since Jule, I have had productive NBE - I feel like I've solidified what I gained if that makes sense.

So I need some more growth now Smile

My biggest gain occurred in June. I was taking Thanyaporn. I was also concerntraing on eating food that I thought would help. I was eating a Salad with a decent amount of Feta cheese for lunch each day.

In July I still took Thanyaporn and was doing the Fat Transfer massage, but was off the Feta and went on a bit of a diet, as was worried about my figure, as feta is a bit fattening.

But had no size gain in July - but had no loss, even though was gyming and calorie counting so I'm pleased I didn't lose any bust in July.

So, new plan: (any advice please please chime in)

From now until the New Year:

RC blossom tablets 1000mg once a day (enough?)
FG - 610mg x 4 per day (cut down as it gave me side effect last month)
SP - 410mg once a day (is this enough??)
Collagen 3000mg
Vit C 500mg
Iron 15mg
Fennel Tea 2-3 times a day
Progesterone cream every other day

Massage
OK, I've decided to go for this, whole heartedly, no "oh I was too busy"

Decided I will warm my breasts first with a warm flannel and hot water bottle.

Will do Tiger Lilly's massage with:
Gym day: Fenugreek seeds in oil (gym day because will workout then be able to wash it off straight away)
Non gym day: Cocoa butter - any tips for an oil to add? I could go to the Body shop and get one that has essential oils in it, but not sure which. Don't want any that might conflict with anything else I'm taking.

After massage, put cling film over breasts (saran wrap?) and hot water bottle over them.

Then will either go to the gym or will shower.

Either way, after the shower I will put Volufiline cream on, as I hopefully have opened my pores and get maximum penetration - can only hope.

Thank you so much for being such a source of inspiration for me. I was thrilled to see from your photos your initial state as I feel like I have a lot in common with you! It was also awesome seeing the difference in the photos as you've grown - Wow!

Ps Totally get the bf grabbing boob thing. I had one who actually used "the claw" to try to pinch what little he could! Totally turned me off! ...

Hmmmm that is a good point, Tibetan, I hadn't really thought about that.

Was thinking it may have the effect if keeping heat and moisture in, and accelerating it, like in the hairdressers Smile

Hey Boobielove, ah I'm pleased I was able to show us Multiple A girls that we can do it. You know, I'd read how much harder it was gonna be starting so small, but I would say it must be a state of mind. I genuinely didn't believe I wouldn't succeed, I just thought "that won't apply to me" Big Grin

I don't know why I thought that ?!??? Maybe there's a part of me refusing to accept that I'm small breasted, ha ha!! Smile

Well I hope I can continue, and as I said I don't think I really know what to attribute my growth to. I know it hasn't been massage because I wasn't really massaging in June. But reading Tiger Lilly's programme I think it makes sense and if she's right, I can feel the 'Blockages' so I hope massage will help.

Ok so one week into my new plan and I think I've seen progress.

I say I think, because the tape- measure doesn't agree Tongue but I think they feel bigger Huh

So I've been working out, nothing too strenuous, I want to lose fat by toning gently, no pint doing a long run & losing weight all over (ie on my boobs) but I do think my back is more toned (I do the row machine and weights to target this area)

I've been drinking 2-3 cups of fennel tea, been doing tiger Lilly's massage every other day - only with cocoa butter so far. This morning added the fat transfer massage after Tiger Lilly, and putting a hot water bottle over them afterwards.

Been taking my herbs & supplements, still.

I think they FEEL bigger but I'm still measuring 31.25" to 31.5" - cant seem to work out exactly where to hold the tape. But as I've been working out, maybe I have gained in so much as that I haven't lost anything even when working out?

Oh I've also been using Aunenti Vollufiline cream on the breasts, as said before, I'm using after massage & a shower for maximum penetration.

I ordered some FG seeds, they arrived and they are soaking in oil for a week before I use it to massage - its a blend of Grapeseed, jojoba, peach kernel and wheat germ oils. This is where someone says one of those oils is an NBE enemy, lol

I was browsing through one of the local shops and came across a tea from Morlife called "Flow". The ingredients include "Fenugreek, Fennel and Aniseed".

Mellephant is an ironic nickname because I somehow seem to make a racket walking (sorry, stomping) down stairs even though I'm 5' tall and just 48kg Smile

Well earlier in the week I was measuring 31.5-31.75" but I didn't want to share incase it disappeared, but today I measure 32" woooooo!!!!!

I don't look much different, but last week I felt bigger but didn't measure bigger....??

Yesterday I put my FG oil on after doing tiger Lilly massage in the shower using a body scrub & boobs ached all day long.

Have upped RC to 3000mg and SP to 410mg x4 per day and FG to 610mg x6 per day.

This week I put my PC on the breasts rather than arms/tummy/legs & they felt bigger at bed time.
