On the other hand, there also seem to be a whole lot of reviews that just say that it made their cycle longer, gave them menstrual issues, or gave them estrogen dominance type issues. All of those possible side effects are to be expected when taking any brand of PM, especially if it's strong, so I tend to disregard those reviews. The ones that claim no growth, even when cycling, do concern me.

It does look like there are a LOT of girls who got estrogen dominance. Maybe many of them were just going into it blind, didnt get hormones tested or listen to their bodies. I think the fact that it is strong could work well for me, since I think I have very little estrogen, and I think starting with a half a pill, then ramping to one would be good. One of the girls mentioned she got bad symptoms and said she probably should have started with the sisters first.

I forgot to mention here! Did you buy the three bottle deal? It's cheap for a reason...it expires in 4 mos. which is fine if you take their recommended dose of 4/day. But I was planning on taking 3 a day and stretch out my supply for another month. I've already started taking them. It arrived so quickly - 4 days or so!

I bought 1 bottle cause I also wanted to try another brand and mix it. Don't know about anyone else though. Thanks for mentioning.

Louloute, I bet if you freeze them you could get them to last as long as you like, but I don't know if freezing it would damage the active ingredients in any way. I doubt it but I can't rule it out. If you're worried about that, you could try refridgerating them instead, I guess. Im considering refridgerating my one bottle because it smells so intensely meaty that I feel weird leaving it out.

Quote: If it truly works as well as some of those B&A (I intended on using it at this point) - I have a suspicion of something that might be in it that could potentially be dangerous if consumed for a long period of time. Looking to see if I can confirm my hunch when I get my 1st packages by finding a testing lab prior to taking it. That isn't to say that I won't take it if my hunch is right but at least I'll know what is going on and make take an educated risk to continue.

Lookingforward2NBE, I've also been thinking a lot about that possibility, but I wasn't sure if I should mention it without first finding out more. Im actually really glad you brought it up.

As much as I like and support the thoughtful use of evidence based herbs and supplements, it's very uncommon for herbs and supplements to have such a massive effect on the body. Not that there are no exceptions to the rule. None the less, I agree that the degree and speed of the growth strongly suggests the use of some kind of drug or active hormone.

If you do decide to get some lab tests done (and I hope you do), how do you intend to go about it? In order to get them tested, I think you probably need to know exactly what you're looking for. I could be wrong, but I think you have to tell the lab exactly what chemical to test for. That really complicates things.

The first thing I'd personally want to test for is the presence of human estradiol in the Ladies PM, but Abidrew believes that a lab probably would not be able to tell the difference between human estradiol and the phytoestrogen in PM. Hopefully the lab will be able to tell you whether or not it's possible to differentiate between them.

The other thing I'd want to test for is the presence of HGH in the pig placenta (Whitex). I don't think it's been proven that taking HGH would necessarily increase breast growth, but it seems like a possibility, which is why I'm suggesting it. Placenta is commonly promoted as a supplement that increases HGH. Im not sure of the exact details behind that claim, but I wouldn't be too surprised if some companies pad their product with actual HGH.

Im not sure, what "secret ingredients" if any Puruoi might contain. Do you have any ideas?

These are just random suggestions from someone who hardly knows what she's talking about (meaning me Tongue ) Maybe you have much better ideas for what to test for. Either way, I really hope you go through with the testing. On the other hand, if the tests come out clean for the chemical being tested, that doesn't necessarily mean that they don't contain some other drug or hormone. Oh well...

I you wanted to test for human estrodial in the ladies pm you could just use a regular saliva test most likely. It does not detect synthetic estrodial or pm though. It did not detect my birth control as my human estrodial levels were less than .5 so the only estrodial I get comes from basically my pill (that was @ day 20 though) I would imagine if it had anything "extra" added it would be synthetic probably. I wonder if that is illegal to put something like that in it and not claim it on the box? It seems like they could get in a LOT of trouble for not disclosing putting real or synthetic hormones in stuff but who knows.

I found this website that can analyze pills, but Im not sure if they are only testing for certain drugs or if they can test for total content http://www.ecstasydata.org/about.php[

Here's pure medicals page - http://translate.google.com/translate?sl...ml&act=url

This is from the Pure Medical website -

Please tell us about Pueraria Mirifica.

Is part of the foundation of the rare plants of Pueraria legume that grows in mountainous northern Thailand.
In Thailand, that the plant very powerful, which is considered one of the great discoveries four, he had a proportion beautiful only women in the village of certain Thailand was eating as edible Pueraria Mirifica is a fair It is said began with research, I have found that contain components that can be part of a fundamental approach and women.
Milo Beauty roll should be called component top (which is said to have the power to bring out the feminine ingredient contained in soy) isoflavones that are its components, and very good to the body of the woman, is deoxy Milo Este roll . They are also known from the isoflavone, and you can bring out the more feminine.
Then, we provide the Women's Pueraria 99%" is, we are only using was full of nutrients of the central portion of the root mass, and only those over 20 years of age of Pueraria Mirifica that mature.

Please tell us about the meaning of 99% of the product name.

First, high-quality products that Pueraria mirifica is blended 98% were actually completed. Components required to tablet contains 2% was remaining.
This alone, in the industry is something that pretty cool.
Products, such as the main ingredient are blended as much as 98%, there is little else. When about 30-35% of the components are commercially available for reference is a solid agent is most of the time. At this point, common sense has already come off this product, in other words, development is so difficult.

I still was not satisfied, however.
Because, it was simply because of what 98%, less than 1% of 99%, and from 2% less than that of 100%. That said I did think of a few percent difference, and, whether or not as a commodity is not fitting to fulfill the wishes of many customers compelling.
Brochures, etc. The package had already finished, I did not give up, to participate in the development of himself, began to walk on the road to 99%.

From there was a continuous struggle, I was able to complete 99% formulated products to finally Pueraria mirifica. Good Pueraria Mirifica products are formulated 99%, the remaining 1% of solid formulations. So is the trade name of "Women's Pueraria 99%."

Yes, it's illegal but it happens more than most people think, even in the US. The FDA does not test supplements unless it gets reports of adverse events that can be directly linked to a product. That means that there is absolutely nothing stopping manufacturers from padding their supplement with drugs, other than possibly the fear that an adverse event, or several, will somehow be linked to the supplement and cause them to be reported to the FDA. Apparently, 400 products have been taken off the market by the FDA since 2008 for containing undeclared drugs. Im sure that is only a small percentage of the supplements that actually contain drugs. Just to give you a better idea of how common it is for certain categories of supplements to contain drugs, check out this article about popular herbal and glandular thyroid supplements: http://www.m.webmd.com/women/news/201110...y-be-risky

It may seem weird that Im talking about the US instead of Japan, but I seriously doubt that Japan is much different. It would take extraordinarily strict, draconian supplement laws in order for a country to directly test every supplement that comes to market. They would need to very severely limit the number of different kinds of supplements that can be sold, and the number of manufacturers that can produce them. The very fact that Japan has such a booming supplement industry, with a huge number of different brands available, proves that the Japanes government can't possibly be testing supplements. At best, they probably monitor reported adverse events, like the US does.

BTW, I just want to point out that I'm not attempting to "prove" that Ladies PM or Whitex contain drugs. It's entirely possible that they contain exactly what they say they contain, and nothing more. I just think it's worth considering the possibilty that they contain drugs.

It is a little scary wondering what is in them. Pure medical has a very nice website, much more professional then the siriporn one. I wonder what makes a product like Ladies Pureria supposedly "worth" more money than one like siriporn. Its about 20X more expensive. I think I will ask them Tongue

I just noticed whitex first ingredient is Grape seed extract, an aromatase inhibitor. WHY would they want to take this all cycle?? It doesnt seem to have that much placenta in it as it is half way down the list of ingredients. ETA - nevermind they are not listed in order of ingredent as i found placenta is 183mg and grapeseed is 59mg
