I heard that breast massages affect your monthly cycle. I recently made a breast massage lotion from fenugreek extract and fish oil and wanted to start massaging but this concerns me. My cycle's already very irregular so I'm not sure I want to do massages if it will make my cycle worse. Did anyone notice a change in their cycle from the messages? If so, is their anything else I can do to get my breast bigger?

I don't think there will be any change in monthly cycle. They will remain regular. If you are suffering from irregular cycle then you should try to consult with some breast specialist. He will give you the better idea that what will be good for you.

I was just about to post this question but I did a search first and found that you already asked it. I'm a newbie and have only been massaging for about 8 or 9 days. My period started yesterday and my cramps were very, very mild. My flow also seems to be reduced. I'm wondering it this has anything to do with massage. I had a miscarriage in December and passed everything naturally without medication or a D&C. My first cycle after that was in January and it was HORRIBLE but I heard that the first cycle after a miscarriage is always bad. My second cycle in February was normal with bad cramps for only the first day or two. I did a google search and saw that breast massage is supposed to help regulate your cycle, ease cramps, and reduce flow. If this is true then I'll be a breast massager for life because I can handle a period like this one!

BTW I've only been massaging for now. I plan to incorporate other methods (like herbs) in the near future.

My flow also reduced while massaging. Ive heard it can help relieve heavy periods and cramps, pmt etc. Nothing negative. I wouldnt worry.

Edit; unless your using oils that alter your hormones. E.g im BC now and my periods stopped, when i started massaging with evening primrose oil my periods have come back with a vengence, more heavy and painful than ever.
