i've been taking the natural curves for 10 days now and my period isn't due for another 4 days, however i had spotting today...hope i don't get my period early

so far i have to say i regret not noticing sooner the similarities between this and b-up i have had not only achy boobs since day one, but amazing swelling as well .... ok i'm not impressed with the oily skin this morning or the other couple of signs for low progesterone, but i got so much swelling that my old stretch marks from pregnancy darkened!

my ainterol arrived today, so i'm all set for my next cycle...hopefully i don't lose all the swelling. i've used a dab of PC to ease the signs of low progesterone, i guess things will even out after a couple of cycles when my body has adjusted

*sigh* i'm still stuck at the same measurement since my weight started acting up....ok so i still haven't gained those few kilos back but it's irritating that i swell and then lose it (although my boobs do look wider and fleshier, they just measure the same) i should probably add that over the past months, not only have i suffered the loss of a loved one, but in work i'm totally up to my eyeballs aswell, so i guess the stall is normal

Another thing i've noticed because i've been recording any symptoms i'm having, is that on the last day of my period i've been getting migrains always only the last day....no idea why

I had my check up at the hospital yesterday, I go twice a year to check on a lump in my right breast that I've had for several years now. There was no change in size, but this time it was a different doctor and she prescribed me progestogel. This is a progesterone alcohol-gel that I've to apply directly to my boobs from day 10 until day 25 of my cycle....I asked why not day 15 to period and she said it was more in tune with my body's natural cycle to start a few days before ovulation. Kind of makes me wonder if it would be similar with the nbe herbs, should the cycling of herbs overlap slightly? Yesterday was day 10 of my cycle, so I didn't have to wait to start the gel, I won't be using my other PC while I use the gel and I'll record if it makes any difference with the overlapping. My prescription is valid for a full year, so that's actually nice, I can just go by the pharmacy and get more any time I need it.
