I finally got a reply from Lucy but she then got confused with my initial order! LOL funny all the info was in the email thread. I am a fusspot when it comes to attention to detail and that sort of thing shows it doesn't exist! As she was going to send out the wrong domes until I corrected her.
Not sure what is going on, I think because I am about 30 miles away and a UK customer it might be a slight case of complacency. Who knows, but I find it all very unprofessional.
Let's hope it's third time lucky. Still have to get the refund however.
