Newbie who's never tried NBE and has no idea where to start.

Hi!

I'm Abbey, I'm a twenty-year-old Canadian biofemale, and I need help. I'm currently 125 lbs somewhere between a 32A and a 34AA. My breasts started growing when I was nine, but they never went anywhere--and my mom and sister are both A-cups as well. I got my period when I was 11, and haven't grown in any direction, including up, since then. I thought that the only way to enlarge my breasts was through expensive and unpleasant surgery, and stumbled across this forum looking for ANY alternative.

One of the first things I saw were comments on birth control. Is it positive or negative? I'm an escort (what kind of response will that get, I wonder?) and I take birth control pills straight through to avoid having nearly a full week every month in which I can't work. I've currently been put on Yaz, partly because I got horrific PMS mood swings that could bring me to borderline-suicidal.

I would love to reach a full 32B. I don't particularly like bras, and don't want big knockers dragging at my chest, but I don't want to look completely flat anymore, and I would like to be able to find lingerie that fits without holes where my breasts should be.

Where should I start?

Edit: and I keep seeing "PM" everywhere. What does it mean? Is there a glossary of terms somewhere?

Most of the acronyms can be found here:

As for the birth control, I wouldn't worry about it too much. There have been some who have grown on it just fine. You might try a backup method of birth control if you decide to take anything that alters your hormone levels (e.g. herbs, glandulars such as bovine ovary, topical hormones/herbs, etc), as there's no guarantee that it won't affect your birth control.

You said you weigh 125, but you didn't mention your height. The general consensus seems to be that NBE works better if you're not under or over weight. Not entirely sure what the sweet spot is, but I assume it varies from person to person anyway.
