hi everyone (: im sick of having small breasts..i think they are done growing because they havent grown since i was 12 and i come from a small breasted family..i am currently a 32A
and wish to be 32C..or a larger B im just so sick of it..i've been massaging (found some methods on here), drinking soy milk, and eating flax seeds (starting today)..im also going to begin exercises to push them out more..is there anything else i can do? foods? certain massages? please help (:

It would. Help to know your stats to begin with such as age, weight, hormone history like pcos pregnancy past, bc and cancer, recent weightloss etc. Or else you are going about it blindly. There are many things one can do but you have to narrow down which is right for you so that it actually works and u dont screw your hormones up.

How old are you? I'm new to this too. But so far I haven't do anything yet
