dear all,
i am wondering, if i plan for 13 months of BB in total, should i stop once in a while to do body cleaning?

I've heard of people who take a break after the start losing their gain after period.
But I have also heard people say you don't need to take breaks like people do when taking herbs.
Anyone, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I think Anastasia would cleanse after six months on UB. I'm only on my second week of BB, so I don't have any personal expertise to offer, but I do know the money back guarantee on BB states that you must use it for twelve continuous months.
