So I just took Dr Lee's test and it indicates that I am:
Progesterone deficient/Low estrogen levels
AND
I have excess androgens.
Which herbs should I be taking?

Hi charlottemily,
if you look in the subforum 'information on herbs' under herbal breast enhancement, there is a thread entitled 'herb list and functions'. it is not extensive, and further information on other herbs can be found by hunting through the forum, but it may be a good place to start. saw palmetto is I think an anti-androgen, but my personal knowledge of herbs is limited so Im sorry I can't give you any direct advice. Try using the search function on this site to answer your questions. You could also take a look through the personal programs and use those as a guide.
