Does circular motion mean one full circle with the palms of your hands around the entire breast, or small circles with the palms over the entire breasts?

I think she advises a full circle with the palm of the hand on your breast..
I was also confused about this at the beginning and up to now I do a composite of the two techniques you mentioned..
Anyway I think the most important thing is to increase circulation!
