I keep seeing where people say that the phytoestrogens in fenugreek will counteract the balancing androgens in Maca. I thought it make sense to raise your estrogen so the extra weight from the Maca would go to Boobs and Butt....What do you all think? Would it be wise to do fenugreek for 2 weeks then Maca for 2 weeks and keep switching?

Hello,
Am also taking fenugrik and maca,Am taking 1 maca capsule a day and after a week i will increase it to 2 capsules, and a table spoon of fenugriek, what about you ? from what i ve read we should wait a month to see some small results .. but a journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.
