Hi everyone,
I've started BB ten days ago and I started it in the end of my follicular , so my temp is normally more than 89.4 in luteal. My concern Is, since I started taking BB, this is the second time I got fever And bad headache in my frontal sinus. I read on BO it already have kelp in that (I bought iodine also to take In my follicular when my temp is below 89.2, dont think that i would need it now), so I was thinking could that be kelp which is raising my temp as I'm in my luteal n my temp is already high added kelp In Bb might be increasing it more n giving me fever?
Also I read in an article that frontal headache is a side effect of iodine (and kelp Is another form of iodine) so does it mean Bb doesn't suit me or should I give it more time to get the picture more clearer.
