I've found them in a german forum and i tried to translate it:
FS: Fenugreek Seed (Trigonell foenum-graceum)
Contains estrogen, progesterone and testosterone similar components but also similar. Regulates sugar levels. Does the herb shop in organic quality for 3.95 Euros / 250 grams
External use as a pulp from ground seeds with boils and abscess.
Is often recommended as breast growth means, for example as a cold tea (seeds with water for 5 hours drink or mix with cream and massage). Smells terrible, however, is a noble hops Perfum
SP: Saw Palmetto (Sereona Rapens Batram)
"Men herb". Slightly antiandroen. Prevents the conversion of testosterone to 5-dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Is used to treat prostate problems and hair loss ease in older men. Effect occurs after 6 months.
Men can supposedly with high doses of a chemically castrate (please no experiments, men are not animals)
No preparation containing saw palmetto is approved for gynecology.

Has estrogen-like components (beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol, campesterol).
PM: Pueria Mirifica
Blood Cleansing. Contains phytoestrogens (inter alia diosgenin)
WYR: Wild Yam Root - sweet potato
Contains steroid-like substances in the laboratory (and only there, not in the body) may from estrogen and progesterone are produced. Raw material for the pill. Therefore useless in breast pills.
Better use as a base for lunch. Is it in any grocery store and is simply delicious, butter it and enjoy.

Reassured. Contains 8-prenylnaringenin a strong plant estrogen, binds to ERa and ERb. Triggers in hops pickers cycle disorders and various other diseases. Not for use in pregnancy and lactation.
For those under 21: It is better not to bring the natural hormonal balance through each other than to take any pills.
Adequate nutrition, no starvation diets. A little fat is necessary, a second chance is not provided.
Aromatstase in fat cells is formed, it converts testosterone to estrogen, too little fat: masculinization (and vice versa).
Aussderdem consists largely of the breast adipose tissue and nutrients are first needed for energy.
Make sure that the pH value. Avoid junk food or at least rarely.
