so I'm on BCP not for BC purpose but for acne n menstral cramps, so I.wanted to know if anyone can answer that can we take fenugreek or BO along with it. I was thinking that it is recommended not o take together with BCP coz it will interfere the BC whether I'm just concerned for acne n cramp. do u think that BCP will interfere nbe purpose if taken together?

Personal preference. That said, I'm not sure FG alone is enough to get results so I'd suggest going the BO route but consider adding placenta as well and even low amounts of pituatary.

Thx for Ur reply dear. Does that mean that I can start BO with BCP I was concerned as they say no added hormones with BO . BTW I already Have pituatry glands in my BO I have BB

Honestly, I actually would differ and disagree with the assessment LF made regarding BO... BO contains bovine hormones. That's the point of taking it. And at least for me, BO actually had the effect of raising my androgen levels along WITH the expected hormones.

You MIGHT be OK, but the BO might also interfere with the BCP's purpose.

Fenugreek OTOH should be safe. And for the purpose that you're using the BCP pill there's no reason you couldn't still use (or even replace the BCP with) a more typical phytoestrogen + an antiandrogen (spearmint being an excellent option).

Actually, if you're not using bcp for sexual conception preventation then I would still say to go BO vs. FG only single herb. Just make sure you practice safe sex (condoms, ask partner not to ejaculate inside you).

That said, I would attempt a herbal plan if I were you but not FG alone. A lot is written of FG but very little proof it can produce significant results when used alone. If you do decide to go FG alone, then use it as both raw plant as well as a tincture combo. Work your way to a large dose and cycle it so your body doesn't get to used to it ie every 3 months stop for a couple months.

Thanks Abidrew what Ur saying makes sense to me I think that I shouldn't take BCP with BO its a better idea to quit BCP first n then start BO or TAKE FG until BCP is done. Thanks for Ur reply n helping me out
