Hello everyone! I just got started on this site and really would like some advice. I have no idea where to start and would like some advice.


I have a very small 32A size cup. It's hard for me to stay confident with my breast, I would love to gain at least 2 cup sizes but really need help.


I was thinking of going down the fenugreek route. I have no idea where to start or how much to take per day. Please help! Thank you so much!

Not many women taking herbs are using fenugreek alone, but if you do this you need to be taking a substantial amount daily. Fenugreek seems to usually come in 600mg capsules, so you would need several of those a day.
